Just in time for sunnier forecasts, Aura is our 2016 spring pattern collection! These sixteen patterns are perfect for layering and feature sweet lace details in a soft pastel palette. Every year we keep things fresh by focusing on a different aspect of the perfect spring wardrobe. This year we wanted to feature flattering silhouettes while making sure to include some unexpected detail, for added interest (both while knitting and wearing!). I absolutely loved spending the day at Cistus Nursery with our lovely models in these super versatile garments, so I thought I would take a moment to share my absolute favorites from Aura with you! |

One of my favorite things about styling the garments for each of our exclusive pattern collections is that I get to see each project on our models in person. Amy, our photographer and I fall in love with each garment as we spend time photographing and scrutinizing each one for details and hidden features to capture. Below are three of my favorites from our newest fall collection: Twist & Tweed! |

If you're a crafter, you probably have a favorite book - one you've made things from over and over again, or turned to for inspiration time after time. Today, I'm going to highlight three books we here at Knit Picks just can't seem to put down. They're books that produce garments and accessories that illicit the age-old question, "What pattern is that?" Over and over they are patterns that come out of these books. To us, they're modern classics, ones we believe you'll love, too. With 40% off all books currently, perhaps you'll consider putting picking one up. They never seem to disappoint! |
