New Felici Colors for Summer!

I’m so excited to show you our newest batch of Felici striped colorways!

Skeins of all ten new Felici colors, lined up in a long row

I have a personal reason that I’m especially excited about this release: I designed a bunch of them! I started here as a graphic designer last fall, and since then I’ve gotten the extremely awesome chance to help design yarn colors a few times so far, this batch being one of my first! Pawtastic! Collection

First things first—is there anything more heart melting than a little one in a teeny knit cardigan? I think not. This new collection offers several versions of this wardrobe staple to choose from! One such project is the Baby Graphic Cardigan, featuring the classic top …

Stitch Story: Aran Islands

Knitters in the know are often more than familiar with the classic Aran jumper; big chunky Irish ganseys (or guernseys), traditionally hand-knitted from unbleached wool. Originally worn by working fishermen, they also became popular fashion garments in the US during the “golden” era of Hollywood. Grace Kelly. Steve McQueen. Paul Newman. Marilyn Monroe. Icons in their own right, the stars of the silver screen adopted this classic garment as part of their everyday attire. As such, it’s no wonder the treasured Aran knit sweater continues to be reinvented to this day in the fashion industry.
Love a good urban legend? There happens to be one based on the stitches of these namesake sweaters. The story goes that each jumper knit for fishermen in the …
