I have mentioned this before, but none of the links in your emails are active. If there’s a pattern, or links like the one to the survey that just went up today, it’s made to look like it can be clicked on, but nothing happens. Then when I visit the website, I have to hunt around to find what was in the email, sometimes unsuccessfully. It’s frustrating, and not a good way to get people to buy things. I end up deleting most of the emails because I know the links won’t work and don’t always have time to hunt for what you’re advertising on sale. |

Hi Amy! Sorry you are having troubles with our emails. Most often this is a browser issue. Have you tried opening our emails in Google or Chrome? We test all emails in those browsers, so we know those should work. Hope this helps! |
