A new week, and a new dishcloth for our 52 Weeks of Dishcloths extravaganza! This is my first contribution: Bee’s Knees.
I’m about to start on my first serious crochet garment. I stumbled upon the Northern Dreams Pullover during a long Pinterest session trawling for new crochet ideas. In two shakes, I had the Best of Interweave Crochet book on order from our warehouse to replace our missing office copy and I headed straight for the Wool of the Andes Sport yarn bins. I had a few color palettes in mind that I wanted to see in person before I settled on one.

Read more »I decided this is year to get my yarn stash under control. I have been pretty good the last year or so with using my stash for projects but then suddenly, several new skeins of yarn will find their way into my yarn closet and my bins will be overflowing again.
A lot of my stash ends up being single skeins – yarn leftover from projects or a skein I just really needed to buy because it was so pretty. So when we came up with the idea of our Under 100 Collections, I was so excited – 40 patterns that all use under 100 grams of yarn!
