Well how about that, we’re marchin’ into March! The weather is taking a turn for the better, the bravest of flowers are starting to bloom, and dare I say it—it’s starting to feel like winter might come to an end after all.

It wouldn’t be a new month without a new calendar! I mean, technically it would, but it wouldn’t be nearly as fun. This month features my very favorite little alpaca buddy. I have been trying desperately to come up with a name for him, but haven’t had any luck just yet. If you have any ideas, leave ’em in the comments! I will be forever grateful.

    I think, with the lovely coloring, naming her should be “Pearl S.” I choose that because working a knit pattern is reading!!

    (Why did Pearl S Buck win the Nobel Prize?
    In 1938, she was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature “for her rich and truly epic descriptions of peasant life in China and for her biographical masterpieces”. She was the first American woman to win the Nobel Prize for Literature.)
