Have you wondered why kitties are everywhere on the Knit Picks site these days? We have an adorable 9 Lives collection out, last week’s free dishcloth pattern Cat Face, as well as Katie Kitten, who pops up everywhere. Well, now the truth is coming out – your Knit Picks staff are all secretly cats!
Yes, it’s true. Now that we have taken over Knit Picks (and the rest of the internet), our next mission is to take over the world. Be on the lookout for your new Feline Overlords!
To continue our moggy love for Week 19 of our Clean & Crafty Free Pattern series, we have a brand mew dishcloth for you – Kitten Kaboodle!
Using simple knits and purls, Erica Jackofsky‘s cute kitty is an easy and fun project for all cat lovers. Knit completely in one piece, the border is a lovely mix of garter stitch and moss stitch, giving your dishcloth an extra bit of texture. Best of all, it has both written instructions as well as a chart, so anyone will be able to create their own kaboodle in no time at all. While we knit our in Dishie for a dishcloth, the best thing about dishcloths is they are easy to resize! As your new overlords, we think using this pattern with Super Tuff Puff and big needles would give us the purrfect mat to curl up and sleep on.
Be sure to download this cute pattern at the links below – and check back here each week to see the newest pattern.
