Mitered squares are one of my favorite things to knit - whether it's the amazing Hue Shift Afghan or a simple dishcloth, I find each square immensely satisfying. However I've never tried it with crochet. The new free Tunisian Purl Stitch Dishcloth pattern seems to me a great way to get started. |

Seed stitch, at least for knitters, gets a bad rap - many find it boring to knit. Personally, I love the look enough to put up with the repetitive motion. In my neighborhood, we have several crows (or a murder if you will) who enjoy out in our large trees - teasing squirrels seems to be their hobby. I like to call them my friends (I'll throw some peanuts out to them if I see them) because crows are my favorite birds.
