Reclaiming the Fall – and a giveaway

Comments are now closed – Stay tuned for the winners!

Fall has always been my favorite time of year – even when I was young, I was always excited when September rolled around: the weather starts getting cooler, the leaves begin to turn, and hot apple cider and various pumpkin flavored items begin to appear in shops. (How much do I love fall?  Well this guy pretty much sums up my excitement)

So way back when we started discussing doing an Autumn collection as a follow up to First Light, I had a feeling this would be an incredible collection.  Then when I saw the submissions we received from the designers, I knew this would become an all time favorite.  Even better, as the designer coordinator, I got to work with all 13 of these incredible designers and got a first look at everything!

And now we are excited to share with you Reclaimed – the  Knit Picks Fall 2014 Collection! I could talk about each design & designer in this collection but rather than make this longest post ever,  I decided to just share a couple of favorites.

I’m not normally one for knit dresses, but seeing Thayer Preece’s Addison Dress has completely changed my mind.  It just looks so warm & comfy and I’m always immediately attracted to any pattern with stripes!  I’ve got the yarn picked out (our new Wool of the Andes Superwash!) and now I’m trying to decide what colors I want to make – either keep it more neutral or go a bit brighter.

swarm

I want to say Lisa Kereliuk’s Swarm of Bees sweater was the first submission to go in the yes pile – all of us absolutely loved Lisa’s idea, with the different textures all over the sweater – including a mock belt at the waist with a bee cable pattern.  Be sure to check out all the photos on the pattern page to see the full effect!

atmos

Hilary Smith Callis is one of my favorite designers – all of her designs are instantly wearable for everyone and so well written (and she’s honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met).  Atmos is no exception – such a great shape and beautiful cables – I like big cables and I cannot lie (sorry for that earwarm).  Knit up quickly in Swish Bulky, I can see making this for a holiday gift this year.

There’s so many great patterns in here – for instance, I didn’t even include the accessories!  We’re so excited to share this with you, we’ve decided to have a giveaway –  to enter, check out all the Reclaimed patterns here, then come back and leave a comment on this blog, letting us know which pattern is your favorite and why.  That’s it!  I’ll randomly draw 3 names on Monday August 19 and each one will win a copy of the book!

Rules: One entry per person. Must have a US or Canada mailing address. No purchase necessary. All comments must be posted on THIS blog post. Comments on other blog posts or on social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, G+, Ravelry, etc.) will not be valid for this contest. We will close the comments at 7am PST August 19th and randomly select the winners then!

As a note, don’t worry if your comment doesn’t show up right away – because of not-very-nice spammers that slip through our filters, we need to approve each comment.  So there might be delay, especially over the weekend – but don’t worry, we’ll get your entry!

Swarm of Bees! I love the shaping and texture

  2. Tina / August 19, 2013

Making a choice from such a lovely range is difficult. Living in the subtropics requires adaptable knits that suit layering, I think Belt cardi suits that need very well.

  3. Cassie / August 19, 2013

The Addison dress would definitely be my first project out of reclaim.

  4. Debbie Pulliam / August 19, 2013

My favorite pattern is the Cable embrace cardigan!

  5. April / August 19, 2013

I really liked the belt cardi and the thick chill hood.

  6. Aleda / August 19, 2013

Thanks for having a giveaway – some really lovely patterns here!

  7. Janice DeCoster / August 19, 2013

There are lots of choices in this collection, but my favorite is the Cable Embrace Cardigan. The diagonal cables are such a great design scheme and it looks great with the City Tweed (which I’ve been wanting to try, but needed a great pattern!)

  8. Beth P. / August 18, 2013

Hard to decide which is my favorite. This book would happily keep me knitting throughout the winter. I love the swarm of bees, Addison dress, and the belt card are amongst my favorites.

  9. Priscilla Solomon / August 18, 2013

I would love a copy. Always interested in trying new patterns and styles.

  10. Lyn / August 18, 2013

The Gradual Scarf is the exact pattern I was looking for to make for my son-in-law. It will go perfectly with the hat i made for him last year.

  11. Nancy / August 18, 2013

Love the patterns. I finally lost enough weight that I am anxious to knit my first cardigan.

  12. Meg / August 18, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover – especially the neckline!

  13. Binnie / August 18, 2013

I love the Savitri sweater. The different stitches and texture make for an interesting sweater. I would like to make it my next project.

  14. Julie / August 18, 2013

    love swarm of bees!!

  15. shelley krueger / August 18, 2013

Its really hard to pick because they are all fabulous , but if I had to pick just one, it would be Swarm of bees. It has great detail. I would not get bored and it reminds me of my late Father-in-law who was a bee-keeper. Thanks shelley

  16. Eddy F / August 18, 2013

I just loved the Thayer Preece’s Addison Dress from the first moment I saw it in your catalog.

  17. Isabelle Cote / August 18, 2013

Wow! Very nice collection!! But overall, my favorite pattern is the Calistoga Tunic! I just LOVE the detail of the sleeves, and the overall look of the tunic is modern, simple, elegant! What a great design!

  18. Sharon / August 18, 2013

How do you pick? they are all so pretty!

  19. Ann Hunt / August 18, 2013

I’d make the Cable Embrace Cardi for myself, and the two knit dresses for my daughters.

  20. Sue / August 18, 2013

Oh my goodness, love these! Can’t decided between Calistoga or the hood. I’d totally knit and wear both!

  21. francesca / August 18, 2013

Love the jayashri pullover. It is gorgeous.

  22. Vivien Soule / August 18, 2013

I really like the Kyoto Toque and Mitts pattern. The stitches add a chic design element, and the practicality of matching hat & mitts appeals to my sensibilities!

  23. Paulette / August 18, 2013

The Kyoko toque and mitts would have me fitting in with my students on campus while still dressing age appropriate.

  24. Serena O. / August 18, 2013

I am a fan of the Jayashri pullover. It looks so comfortable, something I would want to wear.

  25. Leigh Bible / August 18, 2013

Oh, can’t wait to start knitting some of these patterns!

  26. Amy Pagan / August 18, 2013

I make and buy “bee” stuff, as my daughter’ s nickname is Little B! So I knew immediately that I wanted to make Swam of Bees — even just looking at it on my phone. So that’s my favorite — but I’m also planning to cast on the Straight A Dress because it is SO beautiful. I keep shuffling colors around in my cart, trying to decide what color to make the dress. 🙂

  27. Linda Hamilton / August 18, 2013

Not sure if I can wait for the draw – should I just buy the book now. love several but choose Jayashri because of the collar – very flattering!

  28. theresa / August 18, 2013

Landslide Cowl caught my attention right away–a small piece to work on texture and love the leather buckle…especially if it is reclaimed from something and worn

  29. Amanda / August 18, 2013

Jayashri is my favorite. Would love to make it in a couple of different colors!

  30. Steph / August 18, 2013

Definitely the Calistoga tunic. It would be perfect in cotton/bamboo for early fall and in wool for late fall, adorable with jeans or leggings, and would make the perfect fall outfit topped off with a nice handknit hat.

  31. Nona / August 18, 2013

They all look so comfy. It will be hard to choose what to knit first.

  32. Karen / August 18, 2013

Gosh, it’s hard to pick a favorite. If I had to choose just one, I would say the Belt Cardi, because it has lines that are flattering for my shape. It has waist shaping, vertical lines that lengthen the body, a belt that emphasizes or creates a waist, and a great sleeve length. Of course, I could say similar things about the Jayashri Pullover, though I would alter the sleeve length to be better looking on me.

  33. Susan / August 18, 2013

I loved the Addison Dress, so chic and elegant, I never knitted a dress before but this one is a must knit.

  34. Michele Martin / August 18, 2013

I LOVE making sweaters all year around. With the variety of options and affordable yarns, I love checking out the new things y’all have!

  35. Pelly Fan / August 18, 2013

    I love the Savitri coat!

  36. Leslie / August 18, 2013

The JAYASHRI for sure. It caught my eye the moment I opened the catalog!! I’ve been working on a cardi & would live to try a full pull-over type of sweater next!

  37. Lesley Ewing / August 18, 2013

I love the Belt Cardi because of the interesting belt detail. It would be very versatile in the wardrobe.

  38. Janine Lipfert / August 18, 2013

It is the Calistoga Tunic I would love to knit in Capra. Yum!

  39. Mollie / August 18, 2013

    I love the Atmos cardi

  40. Joanne C. / August 18, 2013

Love the Cable Embrace Cardigan !

  41. Melanie Graham / August 18, 2013

Love all of the patterns. But I think the swarm of bees will be my first project

  42. Carolyn Macpherson / August 18, 2013

I? Love this collection! Summer is a rough time in this house (3 Autistic people and a puppy this year to boot! …what was I thinking, lol…) that I look forward to fall with longing! Recently the days have been getting cooler especially in the morning. I’ve wanted to wrap myself in warmth, go apple picking and indulge in all those wonderful fall foods. The Belt Cardi along with the Kyoko set… This screams all of these comfort things to me. In fact? I’m indulging early and going to go decide on yarns. I want to be wearing these in a month when the apples are finally ready! 🙂

  43. Linda L. / August 18, 2013

I love the swarm of bees sweater.

  44. LindaG / August 17, 2013

Love the Addison Dress. Was looking for a fitted dress w/o too low cut last winter but didn’t find one–finally!

  45. Millie Mitchell / August 17, 2013

This is a really nice collection. I’m looking forward
    to knitting the A-line dress!

Cable Embraced Cardigan is my fav, but they are all nice.

I love the Bellflower Coat; I’m in love with cables right now!

  48. Sally Beazley / August 17, 2013

The Belt Cardi is definitely my favorite. I would buy it off the rack, if I couldn’t make it for myself.

  49. Cathy / August 17, 2013

The Calistoga tunic caught my eye from first glance! The modern take on the sweater form is intriguing.

  50. Shelby S. / August 17, 2013

I just love that Atmos pattern, I’m a big fan of cables and have been looking for the *perfect* short sleeve cardigan. Thanks for helping me find it!

  52. Bobbie H / August 17, 2013

I really like the belt cardi.

  53. Christine / August 17, 2013

I like Bellflower. It looks so cozy

  54. JuJu / August 17, 2013

I love the Addison Dress. It just a simple and very modern twist to a sweater dress. It will go great with cowboy boots.

  55. Bonnie / August 17, 2013

I loved many of the patterns in the Reclaimed book, but the one my eye kept going back to was the Savitri Coat Pattern. It is so unique and interesting. I would love to try my hand at making it!

  56. Jess / August 17, 2013

I love Swarm of Bees! I love the different textures, and I’m sure knit in Capra it is super soft and wonderful to wear!

  57. Juliette coughlin / August 17, 2013

Jayashri pullover is my favorite because it is casual yet elegant-and tat brown yar is soooooo yummy!

  58. Maureen / August 17, 2013

All the patterns are lovely, but the belt cardi might be one of my favorites.

  59. Robin Elkins / August 17, 2013

I absolutely love the unique lines and sophisticated styling in the Landslide Cowl. The Cowl is a fashion accessory that l would make for myself and make as a gift. I love the design.

  60. Val Paulley / August 17, 2013

I’d like to knit “Swarm of Bees” as a beautiful sweater, but also as a symbol of our dependence on bees for our gardening success! 🙂

  61. Heather / August 17, 2013

I love Straight A because with some skinny jeans, it looks like a 21st century Audrey Hepburn. Classic, clean, universally flattering lines. Something I can see my mom, myself, or my daughter wearing, with different accessories.

  62. Ann / August 17, 2013

The Belt Cardigan is lovely! Thanks for such innovative and inspiring patterns!

  63. ellen / August 17, 2013

I love the Belt Cardi – it looks like a great go-to sweater for fall and winter days. It’s stylish and practical!

  64. carol Evans / August 17, 2013

    Love the designs.

  65. MicheleStitches / August 17, 2013

I’m having a hard time choosing! I think that Atmos is the one that really caugh my eye first. Love all the cables & the layering potential it has. But I have to confess that after seeing some different shots of Calistoga, I’m really digging that pattern too!

  66. Lori Spears / August 17, 2013

I like the Kyoko toque and mitts set. It would be great to make for gifts.

  67. Deirdre Pfuntner / August 17, 2013

I would like to attempt Atmos for my daughter 🙂 Love Hillary Smith Callis designs…the large cables are nice!

  68. Caroline / August 17, 2013

I love the Straight A Dress and the Swarm of Bees sweater, but my favorite is the belted cardi. I think it would go with everything and I love the cut!

  69. Monique / August 17, 2013

I love the Kyoko toque & mitts, The Jayashri pullover, The Calistoga Tunic and the Bellflower coat. I agree with Stacey, a lot of the patterns could work with more than one style/outfit. The variety and detail in the patterns is what I particularly like and would love to knit them.

  70. Lori / August 17, 2013

I like four of the sweaters in this collection. The Swarm of bees is great in that warm honey color, but the belt cardi would be great to keep at work and throw on when my classroom gets a little chilly, but I could still move around helping students and not worry about it staying on and closed.

  71. holly / August 17, 2013

My favorite project from Reclaimed is definitely the straight A dress! I imagine it in many colors dressed casual, dressed up, an extra layering piece in cooler weather…. endless possibilities!!!!!

  72. Donna P / August 17, 2013

What a great set of patterns that look so accessible and wearable! I love the big cables too!

  73. Cathy Connor / August 17, 2013

  74. susan scammahorn / August 17, 2013

Great patterns ! I knit all the time, 4 girls to knit for on birthdays and christmas. Always need new patterns but very picky about them being current and stylish. this book fits the bill.

  75. Carrie / August 17, 2013

I like the Cable embrace cardigan because it looks like one of those sweaters I would want to wear every single day 🙂

  76. Sarah Mancini / August 17, 2013

Fall + warm knits + giveaway = awesome, awesome, awesome!! I’m loving the Calistoga Tunic. Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

  77. Lainie R. / August 17, 2013

I love the Savitri Coat. It has many excellent textures, something I love, and it has an interesting button band(or button flap, seeing as it is bigger than a band). It would be nice come Winter because then I’d be warm and look cute.

  78. Phyllis / August 17, 2013

My favorite is the Savitri Coat–So unique, and looks like it would be a fairly quick knit. Second favorite is the Swarm of Bees.

  79. Liz / August 17, 2013

I love the Addison dress! The stripes are great and it’s so retro!

  80. ChristinaF / August 17, 2013

The Kyoko Toque and Mitts are my favorite, hands down! (Pun only sort of intended.) I have a real weakness for fingerless gloves, and these have cables a stunning hat to match! I love them.

  81. Tonya Willett / August 17, 2013

Loved First Light and this one, would love to win a copy!

Gorgeous cabled sweater! I need to try that one!

  89. Nelda Reed / August 17, 2013

Many of the patterns look intriguing and I am anxious to get started on several, like the belted cardigan!

  97. Cindy Bussard / August 17, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic is fabulous! It looks so comfy! I love the welt sleeve pattern, too.

  98. Kindra / August 17, 2013

I had a very hard time choosing, but I finally settled on the Calistoga tunic as my favorite. I like the unique design.

  100. Lisa Nakao / August 17, 2013

    Love the cover sweater.

  101. Anna-Marie Sibon / August 16, 2013

Love the fall look and comfy cozy sweaters!! This book sounds great and winning it would be fantastic!!

  102. Susan Upson / August 16, 2013

That asymmetrical funnel tunic is SO chic! Gotta have it!

  103. Pavlina Sebelova / August 16, 2013

I love the Atmos cardigan – it looks comfy and I love the design! I also like to layer clothes – how perfect that would be…

  104. Cynthia Leffler / August 16, 2013

Hard to choose a favorite as I found several I really liked. However, I think a Swarm of Bees is my favorite. I love the different stitches used to create different textures. The overall effect is a sophisticated, complicated looking design that I believe to be not nearly as complicated as it appears. In other words, more bang for the buck.

  105. Christina M / August 16, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace Cardigan – it looks so cozy!

  106. Joy / August 16, 2013

I love the belt cardi. It seems figure flattering and I love the details.

  107. Karin Wilmoth / August 16, 2013

I just love the zippered Calistoga Tunic..kinda want it now.

  108. Simone Medious / August 16, 2013

I love the textures of the patterns, especially the Swarm of Bees pattern.

  109. Jamie / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees is my favorite because it is so up to date & fashionable. I love the hip flare and the detailing of the faux belt. The finishing along the neck and sleeves is so classic.

  110. Myra / August 16, 2013

Love them all and the yarn…!

  111. Alice / August 16, 2013

My daughter would definitely want me to knit her one of those sweaters – I guess it would be the swarm of bees.

  112. Carolyn Herbert / August 16, 2013

Wow! Lovely projects to challenge and stretch my knitting abilities. The Swarm of Bees sweater definitely caught my eye! Oh – what colour to knit it in?!

  113. Helen Lord / August 16, 2013

I love several of the patterns: the entire design of the Belt Cardi, the collar on the Jayashri, the unusual pattern on the Cable Embrace cardigan. Hard to pick a favorite! I think maybe the Belt Cardi would be the most useful addition to my wardrobe so that’s the one I’d want to try first.

  114. Cj / August 16, 2013

It’s a close call for me. I too generally dislike dresses (particularly with horizontal stripes) but the Addison is whispering in my ear that it will be different from all the rest. On the other hand, the Cable Embrace Cardigan looks like a fun and flattering knit without endless rounds of stockinette so I’d have to say that it’s my top pick.

  115. Kate / August 16, 2013

I love Swarm of Bees. It might just be my first ever sweater knit! With the short sleeves, I could wear it all year, and I’d love to try Capra as the recommended yarn. The mock belt especially caught my eye.

  116. Debbie / August 16, 2013

    These are beautiful knits!

  117. cocokat / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees is my favorite! Great collection.

  118. Jessica Fitzgerald / August 16, 2013

I love the Calistoga Tunic best- but the Addison Dress is a close second – I can see myself wearing both of them all fall!

  119. Mcooks / August 16, 2013

Hmm… hard to decide, but I think the Belt Cardi would be the first thing I would knit, because it looks elegant, and comfy, at the same time. 🙂

  120. Vicki / August 16, 2013

The belt cardi caught my eye first. It is a pattern that will look good on any figure, any age. But the straight a dress is really elegant.

  121. Laura / August 16, 2013

Great way to transition into autumn!

  122. Wendy Williams / August 16, 2013

I just love the Jayashri Pullover! It’s simple but has those details that just make it wonderful! And it looks so comfortable! I think I could make this as a first garment. 😎

  123. Bev S / August 16, 2013

Swarm of bees is so lovely – wouldn’t a soft cashmere be wonderful.

  124. Sharon Bobbs / August 16, 2013

Love the Gray short sleeve sweater, for some reason recently, I have been really drawn to the Shades of Gray!..Thanks.

  125. Sally / August 16, 2013

I love the Tokyo Toque & Mitts because cables are one of my favorite things to knit and I have become very fond of fingerless mitts as they are wonderful at keeping my arms warm during the cooler weather for motorcycling.

  126. BJ King / August 16, 2013

My fav is the Belt Cardi. Perfect for layering.

  127. Lyn H / August 16, 2013

  131. Alia / August 16, 2013

  132. Sandra / August 16, 2013

  135. SMorton / August 16, 2013

  139. KMaldonado / August 16, 2013

Love cable so Atmos is my absolute favorite.

  140. Rebecca Myers / August 16, 2013

My favorite would be the Belt Cardi. It looks like it would be figure-flattering, and something I would wear with a skirt, or pants. It also looks like it would be easy to put on and take off without having to remove my eyeglasses, or messing up my hair, as the weather warms up or cools down throughout a day.

  141. Alicia / August 16, 2013

My favorite is the Bellflower Coat. I love sweater-coats in the fall and spring when it isn’t quite cold enough for a regular coat or jacket.

  142. Barbara Behringer / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees looks so comfortable to wear. I’m learning to knit but one of these days I hope to add this beautiful sweater to my wardrobe.

  143. Cathy Voss / August 16, 2013

Love the Calistoga Tunic! Great classic piece to dress up or down.

  144. Linda / August 16, 2013

The Cable Embrace cardigan has my vote–it’s a classic with a twist.

  145. Shirley / August 16, 2013

I really would love the reclaimed book…..I can’t choose what thing I love the best …..I probably would make more than one thing…as Christmas gifts or for a special someone for their Birthday.

  146. Cindy fell / August 16, 2013

Reclaimed looks like a great addition for fashionable knits that are eternal

  147. Margaret Wabaunsee / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees hits all my faves:
Top down with texture and pattern.
    Shapely and not boring.
    Its a winner!

  148. Laurence / August 16, 2013

For me it was really the Calistoga tunic. I saw it first in the official photo and it never even clicked but then during the week you showed it off in other outfits and suddenly I saw the geometric patterns and the slight grunge look of it stole my heart! I want to make it in something sinfully soft to contrast those two ideas 😀

  149. Pam C / August 16, 2013

I love the landslide cowl! I dress in layers especially when hot flashes come and this would go with any outfit. Thanks!

  150. Jennifer Knowles / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees – so imaginative and beautiful!

  154. Debi / August 16, 2013

  155. Anna / August 16, 2013

I really like the Landslide Cowl. Living in the coastal Southern California region, I tend to knit accessories more than garments due to the mild winter weather. The Landslide Cowl is perfect for a winter look and a bit of warmth without bundling up too much.

  156. Christine G / August 16, 2013

I would love a copy! These sweaters look gorgeous and so comfy!

Love the book and the Calistoga Tunic

  162. Helen / August 16, 2013

I love the classic lines in this collection.

  179. Suzanne Rasmussen / August 16, 2013

First visit to this site. What a beautiful collection.

  182. Sarah / August 16, 2013

I love the Belt Cardi by Jenise Reid. I just started knitting her Oregon Coast cardigan, and I love the idea behind her construction. I love weaving and the less seams the better for me!

  183. Shannon Yeaton / August 16, 2013

Love the Calistoga Tunic; the design at the neck and on the arms, very unique and beautiful!

  184. SALLY G. / August 16, 2013

HARD ONE TO PICK A FAVORITE BUT I CAN PICTURE MY GRANDDAUGHTER IN THE ATMOS SWEATER.

  185. Adelle / August 16, 2013

    Sophisticated and classic patterns. Beautiful!

  186. Carol Payne / August 16, 2013

I would choose the Swarm of Bees as my first knit, it’s a beauty and I especially love the different patterned stitch textures combined, but there are several in this collection I am putting on my wish list!

  187. Clay N. / August 16, 2013

The waffle stitch on the Landslide Cowl looks like fun and would be great to learn, but I really see myself wearing the Gradual Scarf; maybe in a gray and pumpkin color scheme…

  188. Mija Murphy / August 16, 2013

Love it! I can’t wait to try these new patterns!

  191. Leiah / August 16, 2013

Love the Savitri Coat Pattern!!! If I were still young and thin, I would HAVE to make the Addison, but since I am not, well, the Savitri!

  196. Leslie / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees is the first one I want to try, but there are a couple more which come in close seconds (Cable Embrace, and Belt Cardi). Looks like a great collection overall. Thanks for the chance to win a copy.

  197. Kathryn de Vries / August 16, 2013

The belted cardi is my favorite. I think it would be comfortable and practical to wear.

  198. Michelle Roy / August 16, 2013

I love the cowls (Landslide Cowl, and Thick Chill Hood) perfect and cozy! I also really like the Calistoga Tunic, such a versatile garment!!

  199. Katherine Strassburg / August 16, 2013

The Bellflower Coat is my favorite. Michigan weather changes so quickly and so often that we learn to dress in layers. This coat would be perfect for our long transition seasons.

  200. Aspen / August 16, 2013

I think my favorite is the Atmos cardigan. You can wear it so many ways with so many tops, bottoms, and accessories.

  201. Ann Rumberger / August 16, 2013

These patterns are beautiful. I would make the hat and mitts for my girls.

  202. Jenn Lopez / August 16, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic is definitely my favorite. It has so many quirky details and yet it’s still a fairly simple design. I love a lot of the patterns, but so far that tunic is the only one I know I HAVE to make!

  203. Elizabeth L / August 16, 2013

I like the cable embrace cardigan, I could see myself knitting and wearing it.

  204. Susan L-J / August 16, 2013

As a fairly new knitter, I would love to win these patterns so I can improve my skills.

  208. Laurie / August 16, 2013

I love the Kyoko Toque and Mitts. My winter coat is a basic color, so I usually do pops of colors with my accessories.

  209. Steffany / August 16, 2013

The Calistoga tunic! I adore the gorgeous cowl neckline and the versatility it has!

  210. Amanda / August 16, 2013

  212. Marjorie Fuller / August 16, 2013

Who wouldn’t love Swarm of Bees? I only wish I had the pattern back in the spring so I could make it over the summer. It will be great for my teenage daughter to wear back to school. She loves hats, scarves and gloves, but I have such a hard time finding patterns for tops that she will wear. Thanks!

  213. Diana Troldahl / August 16, 2013

The Landslide Cowl looks like the perfect solution for a Michigan Winter chill. I plan to wear it indoors and out, like a shawlette only more securely fitted.

  214. Lisa in TX / August 16, 2013

Both the Belted Cardi and the Bellflower Coat are wonderful. Simple, clean lines with nice details that keep it interesting. Lovely.

  215. Melissa / August 16, 2013

Love Swarm of Bees. Detail is great

  216. Ada Lovelace / August 16, 2013

Very difficult to choose, but I’m going to go with the Belt Cardi. I don’t usually like belted cardigans, but the width of the belt, and the fact that it’s attached, makes it an intriguing piece.

  217. Marie / August 16, 2013

I have to chose just one???!!! I have four that scream “must knit”. So the rules say just one…I’ll go with Jayashiri. I love the color design and the two shades that highlight it so well. Truly lovely collection!!

  218. Robin Notti / August 16, 2013

Fall is definitely my favorite time of year. I think my favorite of those patters is the kyoko toque and mitts. I love the cable pattern on it and I could probably make them fairly quickly.

  219. Adrienne Escamilla / August 16, 2013

Love jayashri pullover. It’s so cozy and stylish, perfect for fall! Plus, the two tone collar gives it a little extra oomph.

  220. Teri Landauer / August 16, 2013

I really like the Jayashri pullover. I love the elegance the collar adds to the wonderful form fitting of the sweater’s body. The shorter sleeves are perfect for those fall days when you need just a bit of extra warmth, but not that of a full sized sweater.

  221. Lisa / August 16, 2013

This is a lovely set of patterns that I would enjoy winning!

  222. Janice Angelini / August 16, 2013

Really like the lovely simplicity of design and stitch work on the Straight A Dress. But I am a sucker for anything with cables and tweed, so my favorite, and the pattern I would be most likely to make, is the Cable Embrace Cardigan. Very pretty and looks very comfortable.
    Thanks for this opportunity!

  228. Selina R / August 16, 2013

I love the Savitri Coat! It’s gorgeous with so much detail. Also it gives me the chance to use big buttons, which I love.

    That dress is definitely chic!

  232. Catherine Michelle / August 16, 2013

I definitively would need Kyoko Toque & Mitts Pattern just now. I’m sewing myself a new winter coat and this pattern would be the perfect complement. Thanks for the giveaway!

  233. Meghan / August 16, 2013

Loving the Jayashri Pullover! Such nice details.

  234. Alison / August 16, 2013

That swarm of bees sweater is wonderful! But I think I would choose the dress as inspiration for my continued weight loss. Nice collection! Please enter my name.

  235. JoniVee / August 16, 2013

My favorite? Swarm of Bees – would look GREAT with a skirt, pants, jeans – anything. An elegant look for the fall!

I adore the Calistoga tunic. It has such a great modern feel and would be so versatile to wear. Great collection!

  238. Brandi / August 16, 2013

I love the chevron cables that create a diagonal rib on the Cable Embrace Cardi pattern. I have already added it, and many of the other patterns, to my Ravelry favorites. It was so hard to pick my favorite, though!

  239. Pam / August 16, 2013

Puts a wonderful spin on the end of summer beginning of fall to winter!

  240. Cheryl / August 16, 2013

Their all great, but I love the Calistoga Tunic and Jayashin – have to flip a coin on the one I’d knit first, but there are so many of them that I would love to knit. Would love to win the book.

I love the Calistoga Tunic, it looks comfy and great.

  249. Ann Gamble / August 16, 2013

I like the belt cardi best because the sweater itself is beautiful, and the pretty belt detail covers the problem midriff area I’m always trying to figure out how to minimize!

  250. Karen / August 16, 2013

Nice patterns! I like the longer tunic.

  251. Ricki / August 16, 2013

You ask the impossible! Pick one pattern that is my favorite??? Picking my favorite child might be easier. But if I MUST pick, I think it would be Swarm of Bees. Love the texture. Makes a simple sweater look great!

  252. kathy biggs / August 16, 2013

Can’t decide between the Bellflower coat or the Calistoga Tunic. Maybe I’ll have to make both!!

  265. Suzanne Reiersen / August 16, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic gets my vote. It would take me years to complete given the number of works in progress, but worth every hour!

  266. Kiri / August 16, 2013

My favorite is the belt cardi. It just looks so comfy and warm–perfect for chilly mornings.

  267. Leena Monchka / August 16, 2013

I adore the Addison dress, and the belt cardi. Beautiful designs!!

  275. PSH / August 16, 2013

I love the Swarm of Bees and the Belt Cardi. They are both sooo flattering (for my daughter–not for me!).

  276. Hana / August 16, 2013

My favorite is the belt cardi sweater. The shape of it is so flattering and the fit looks really comfortable. The detailing of the border and belt is really beautiful. I would wear this outside for fall walks and at home just relaxing with a cup of tea.

  277. Rainee Sue / August 16, 2013

The Belt Cardi is definitely it for me. I’m an hourglass from the front but an apple from the sides, so it’s hard to find anything that’s shapely around the waist and hips without making me look a little too Santa Claus up front. But I’m pretty certain that sweater could do it, and in snuggly Capra cashmere, no less!

  278. Sue / August 16, 2013

I love these! Can’t choose a fav between 4 of them… Savitri, Belt Cardi, Swarm of Bees, and Cable Embrace! I have bought many books for just one or two patterns… I’d love to win it.

  279. Susan Serafin / August 16, 2013

My favorite pattern is the Cable Embrace Cardigan because of the slanted cables.

  280. Naomi / August 16, 2013

  287. Jaye Herrick / August 16, 2013

I LOVE the Kyoko Toque and Mitts! I’m having a blast with cables and would love to make this set!

  289. Alice / August 16, 2013

Pick a favorite??? There is Gradual Scarf….Savitri Coat (love this designer)….Cable Embrace Cardigan….Landslide Cowl….Kyoko….I could go on and on. The problem would be deciding which to knit first! Oh the fun to be had………..

  299. Jean Chaney / August 16, 2013

I would do the Atmos Cardigan Pattern first. I like the idea of bulky yarn so it won’t take forever to knit. I love the cables, the pockets, and the longer length.

  300. Charity Gaither / August 16, 2013

The Savriti Coat is my pick. Although there others that I liked, I kept coming back to this one. I love the texture and unique design. Would look lovely with a velvet skirt for the holidays or could be worn with denim and boots for a cozy walk through the woods this fall.

  301. Trisha / August 16, 2013

The Addison dress! This will look awesome on me! And the Landslide Cowl! I know the perfect person to make this for!

  302. krysten / August 16, 2013

what a gorgeous collection! my fav would have to be the Jayashri Pullover though; the neckline and the puff sleeves are just adorable.

  303. Roxie / August 16, 2013

I love the simple elegance of the full collection and find them likely to be flattering to almost every body type. Nice collection!

  304. Sharon / August 16, 2013

I love the Landslide Cowl. Probably because I am currently reading Outlander (last person to read this!) and the pattern looks like something that would have been worn in the time period in the Scottish Highlands. I also love how asymetrical it is and the various stitch patterns. Very interesting and artistic!

  305. Nina Arnold / August 16, 2013

I would knit the belt cardi by Jenise Reid. I love to wear a sweater over a dress or blouse to give a professional look and prefer a handmade sweater over a jacket or blazer. It allows me to express some individuality in an otherwise bland business environment.

  306. Julie Trapp / August 16, 2013

My favorite is the Luxe Pullover. To me there is nothing more cozy on a cold winter day than a simple, cozy pullover to keep you warm. I love them!!!

  307. Mary Anna / August 16, 2013

I love the Jayashri pullover for its rolled neck and short sleeves, and the Landslide cowl would be perfect for my spouse (who has a slight … shall we say, obsession … with cowls). I can’t decide which is my favorite!

  308. Taletha / August 16, 2013

I love the Landslide Cowl. Love how it hangs and it would dress up almost any outfit.

  309. Liz Nelson / August 16, 2013

I think I like the Swarm of Bees. I love that it is short sleeved as it does not get very cold where I live but I love wearing sweaters!

  310. Mia Carter / August 16, 2013

I love the simplicity of the Straight A Dress (especially considering I’m a knitting newbie)

  311. Jessica / August 16, 2013

I love this collection! They all look so cozy!

  312. Patricia G. / August 16, 2013

The Straight A Dress Pattern is my favorite! It’s just so beautiful and sophisticated.

The Jayarshi pullover is on my wish list too… Love that flirty little collar.

  319. Julie / August 16, 2013

The Landslide Cowl is my favorite from a great collection. I love the belt buckle detail, the shape, and the cables! And I’m always going to notice a great grey yarn.

  320. Gloria / August 16, 2013

Hard to choose just one. Love everything I have made from your patterns

  321. Kristin R / August 16, 2013

I’m crushing on the Calistoga Tunic. It seems to versatile and I love the asymetric zipped neckline.

  322. Robin / August 16, 2013

Love Atmos vest, with those wonderful cables! A nice challenge for knitting this fall would be the first one to work up, but there are others that I would like to knit also! Just a great collections. This book would be a nice addition to my collections. Love it!!

What a beautiful collection!! I would feel like the luckiest person ever if I won this. The first thing I Would make is the “Swarm of Bees” sweater. I love texture.

  325. Rachel / August 16, 2013

    I love Atmos!

  326. Robin Ludwig / August 16, 2013

I really like a lot of the patterns, but I think my favorite is the “Belted Cardi” by Jenise Reed. I like transitional pieces. If I’m going to put a lot of work into something, I want to get the most out of it.

  327. JenV / August 16, 2013

The collection looks so comfortable – would love to wear them all!

  328. Suzi Niemi / August 16, 2013

    Love the peplum, so 40’s!!!

  329. Susanne / August 16, 2013

I’ll have to flip a coin to decide which one to knit first – either Atmos with those beautiful cables or Swarm of Bees with the gorgeous bee cable pattern…Oh, how I would love to meet the designers !!

  330. sarah israelson / August 16, 2013

    Belt Cardi-love it!

  331. Susan / August 16, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic is my next project – cant wait to begin!

  332. Angie Headlee / August 16, 2013

I love the knit dress. I may have to focus on doing some situps before wearing it ; – )

  333. Debbie / August 16, 2013

I would love to make the swarm of bees my next project. Lots of choices. Too many projects and so little time!!! Knit picks never disappoints.

  344. Teresa / August 16, 2013

Love the landslide cowl! Looks like a great accessory for fall.

So many beautiful patterns, great collection! That hood looks so warm.

  348. melinda / August 16, 2013

Wow, all the patterns are great…would probably have more trouble deciding which gorgeous yarn to start with! First project from this collection is going to be the Bellflower coat in Swish Blackberry. Or…. Whoops better post before I change my mind 🙂

  349. Victoria / August 16, 2013

    I like the Addison dress!

  350. Judy S-G / August 16, 2013

My favorite is the Straight A Dress…

So elegant & versatile… I can see myself making this in several colors to be a mainstay in my wardrobe. Knit Picks is SUCH an Enabler… 😉

  351. Gladys Ellen Reinwald / August 16, 2013

Hope this book has patterns for everyone – college age to the elderly. What I have seen should fit this criteria quite well.

  352. Jan Romanick / August 16, 2013

really love the cables in Atmos and texture in Swarm of Bees- interesting enough to hold my attention even though most of my projects involve intarsia or Fair Isle (I thrive on challenge)

  353. Elizabeth S. / August 16, 2013

Atmos Cardigan is my favorite – short sleeve sweaters that you wear a long sleeve “T” under have been making their way into the rotation. I love them!

  354. Sandra / August 16, 2013

I can’t decide which one I would have to knit first…the Cable Embrace Cardigan or the Swarm of Bees sweater.

  355. Michelle / August 16, 2013

What a fabulous collection of patterns! I’m having a hard time choosing…. but. If I had to choose, I’d knit the Swarm of Bees sweater first!

  356. Kimberlee / August 16, 2013

The Addison Dress. I love the clean lines and the cut. Not to mention it would be the perfect dress for the office this fall and winter!

  357. Karen Berger / August 16, 2013

My daughter is a bee-keeper, she’d love the Swarm of Bees sweater…and I think the pullover on the cover is gorgeous!

  358. Jenny K / August 16, 2013

The Addison Dress is my favorite because I LOVE the simple lines, strongly defined silhouette, and the simple, small stripe detail that really gives it character. The increasing stripe width also reminds me of a baby blanket my mathematician friend knitted for my daughter.

It was a toss up between the Thick Chill Hood and the Addison Dress. I think this is the best pattern collection I’ve seen from Knit Picks so far.

  359. Donna / August 16, 2013

    Lovely collection!

  360. Sarah / August 16, 2013

The striped dress is to die for!

  361. Lori / August 16, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace cardigan, love the chevron. Also love the Addison dress, don’t know if I would ever take on that big a project though. It fits the model perfectly.

All these patterns are stunning! What a beautiful fall collection.

  363. Patricia / August 16, 2013

I love the hat & glove set. I see Christmas presents to be made!

  364. Diana / August 16, 2013

It’s really hard to pick just one favorite but I keep going back to Savitri. I have’nt seen anything like it and can just image people asking where I bought it.

  365. Pat Mahaffey / August 16, 2013

I love all these patterns! The Addison Dress is probably my favorite. I, too, love stripes and gray is a great color! All the patterns are beautiful, and it’s a shame we have only one entry…..Somebody’s knitting needles will be singing lovely autumn melodies with these patterns.

  366. Stoney Dvornik / August 16, 2013

Love the “Swarm of Bees” pattern! The texture is marvelous, but the best feature is the fitted waist. Perfect light sweater for winter in Florida.

  367. Ruth Darelius / August 16, 2013

The Luxe Pullover because of its simplicity. This one will be a great wardrobe staple for years done in a classic color.

  368. Kathryn Dokoupil / August 16, 2013

    The cover sweater is beautiful.

  369. Shannon / August 16, 2013

Looks like terrific patterns with lots of versatility!

  371. Gwyn Aubrey / August 16, 2013

I’m in love with the Atmos cardigan, the length and cables are perfect.

  379. emily! / August 16, 2013

The Addison Dress is super-cute, but I think my absolute favourite is the Jayashri Pullover; that neckline is just such a great detail. I wish it had a long-sleeved option!

I love the long sleeve dress. That could be my first project, hmmm.

  387. Martha Kovich / August 16, 2013

So many nice designs in one volume!

  388. Mandy Bee / August 16, 2013

I love the Jayashri pullover. I work in an office building in Florida that is kept at about 70 degrees inside, while it’s 90+ outside. I love that this sweater is short sleeved so I can wear it inside and out. And the neck cuff is so unique! Love it.

  389. Tania / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees – adorable shape, wonderful texture, perfect for my work wardrobe.

The Bellflower Coat is my favorite. Would love to have it this winter to keep me warm!

  393. Leslie Kolkmeier / August 16, 2013

Jayashri Pullover Pattern is beautiful and looks so comfy.

  395. Karen Wilson / August 16, 2013

  396. Tia / August 16, 2013

  398. Marsha king / August 16, 2013

Looks like my kind of sweaters.marsha

  399. Cheri / August 16, 2013

I like the Thick Chill Hood Pattern. It gets pretty chilly up here in Idaho and a hood would help cut the bitting wind.

  400. Courtney / August 16, 2013

I like the Jayashri Pullover because of the color accented collar. I love it in the brown combo but if I make it I will go for a dark blue for the MC and a medium gray for the collar.

  401. Katherine / August 16, 2013

Swarm of Bees is my favorite pattern. It has a very fresh and crisp look. Very suitable for casual and dressy. I love the waistline. It is flattering and elegant. I would really enjoy wearing this sweater anywhere.

  402. Terri / August 16, 2013

So hard to choose! I think the belt cardi is the winner for me right now because I’m in the midst of trying to find just the right cardigan for a fall project and that might just be it!

There are a lot of great ones-but I think I have to pick Belt cardi

Beautiful patterns, would love to win the book.

  409. Betty Rindal / August 15, 2013

Got to be Hillary Smith Callis Atmos. Love the cables, tunic lenth. Since my arms are always cold, will undoubtedly lenghten the sleeve to either elbow or short wrist.

    Want to be a winner!!

  410. Talena Winters / August 15, 2013

I love the Bellflower Coat. It was really hard to choose, because I adore texture and so many of these patterns are full of it, especially cables–my fave! But what won me to this coat was both it’s length–perfect below-the-bulge 😉 spot, AND that it is done in Swish Bulky, and my limited time for knitting always hones in on quick-knit-in-bulky-yarn patterns.

I also love it’s classic lines–it will never go out of fashion. 🙂

  411. Sarah / August 15, 2013

I love the swarm of bees! Fantastic name for a pattern and it looks so incredibly cozy!

  412. Margaret Tyo / August 15, 2013

I saw the Atmos and thought wow! I would love to knit this cardigan , but then I saw the other knits and fell in love. I can not make up my mind as to which pattern I want to knit first. I would love to own a copy of Reclaimed.

  413. Michelle M / August 15, 2013

I love the Bellflower Coat. I would definitely love to knit this!

  414. Ashley Elliott / August 15, 2013

I LOVE the addison dress, atmos cardigan, and the calistoga tunic! I couldn’t pick just one lol. I love stripes and comfortable easy-to-make-yet-looks-complicated type patterns that have my friends asking how on earth I made it 😉

  415. Tiffany / August 15, 2013

I love the Swarm of Bees and would knit that first. It’s adorable, modern, and chic. I’d make it for my mom first who fits all those adjectives! 🙂

  416. Irene / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison Dress! It reminded me of a commercial knit dress I had a long time ago. The dress was comfy yet stylish. I think knitting a version of it myself would be wonderful, especially if done in the new WOTA superwash!

  417. vernice / August 15, 2013

I love the sweater on the cover. That is one of my favorite collars and the button detail is so cute.

  418. Samantha / August 15, 2013

ahh to win, how nice would that be?

Swarm of Bees is my favorite. As knitted, the golden color is both rich and warm, a perfect color for the sweater and the season.

  424. Denise Mcdonald / August 15, 2013

I love the Savitri Coat but I don’t think my knitting skills are quite up to knitting this pattern … but I would love to attempt the pullover pattern. All of the patterns are so unique! Oh …. and the beehive sweater is a knitting must – in a pretty blue cashmere yarn maybe.

  425. Rayne / August 15, 2013

I think all the pieces in the reclaimed collection are wonderful. I think the one I’d choose first is the belt cardi. It just looks so comfy and stylish at the same time.

  426. Kimberly K. / August 15, 2013

How can you pick one 🙂 I like the Belt Cardi and the Jayashri Pullover. Reclaimed is a great collection!

    • Sara / August 16, 2013

What a fabulous pattern collection! It’s too hard to name just one favorite. I love the Calistoga Tunic because of its versatility and flow. I also think it would challenge my knitting skills the most, and I love that. The Jayashri Pullover is a close second, and too cute not to mention.

    • Kathryn Dokoupil / August 16, 2013

I love the Atmos sweater, especially the sleeves, and cables!!! I just adore cables!!! Fun to do and look so great!!!

  432. Courtney Kramer / August 15, 2013

The Atmos Cardigan is my favorite but it was really hard to choose! I love the cables and the casual look to it!

  433. Justin / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress! Because I like stripes very much especially with the cute idea of having differing widths for each stripe.

  434. Stephanie / August 15, 2013

I love the Atmos pattern! Just because of the distinct large cables that just pop out so much! A very beautiful pattern.

  435. Lisa P / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover….love the collar and the overall style. Also love the Calistoga Tunic, awesome look and the Thick Chill Hood because I’m not into hats but this I’d definitely use. They are all beautiful.

  436. Melissa / August 15, 2013

It was a really tough choice, but if I have to pick a favorite, it’s Swarm of Bees because of the cable pattern on the top half and the belt portion. It is a great combination of patterns and textures! (And what a great color choice for the photographs!)

  437. marianne / August 15, 2013

I love Jayashri. It seems like a nice basic, but the collar detail and garter stitch makes it unique,

  438. Kathleen / August 15, 2013

  439. tami / August 15, 2013

The Belt Cardi caught my attention right away. I love that it looks super cozy and stylish at the same time.

  443. Bianca / August 15, 2013

It’s so hard to pick just one! But I think I would have to say Addison Dress is my favorite since it would be the first pattern I’d use. I love the fit and I would have some fun with color on the stripes!

  444. Susan M. / August 15, 2013

I’m partial to the dresses, especially the Addison dress — love that neckline! I’ve been dreaming about knitting a dress for several years now, but it’s such an undertaking… wonder when (if) I’ll ever finally do it.

  445. Laurel Ryan / August 15, 2013

  446. Victoria Williams / August 15, 2013

I can’t wait to see all the patterns. 🙂

  447. Bianca / August 15, 2013

Kyoko touque and mitts – challenging – so not boring; universally flattering (wouldn’t want to invest the time in a sweater, and then feel it made me look bigger)…

  452. Stacy Fuller / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees is my favorite!

  453. Krista Leichner / August 15, 2013

I would love to win just for the Atmos pattern!

  454. Aileen / August 15, 2013

    Me! Me! Please =)

  455. Tish Glenn / August 15, 2013

Choose me! I love the cabled vest! The collection looks like style for the Great Northwest where I live. (Seattle).

    Thanks for your offer.

  456. eileen / August 15, 2013

    Love, love, love.

  457. sheila / August 15, 2013

I would totally do Jayashri at work on my breaks to show my 30 something year old coworkers that knitting is too cool! It gets a little old hearing granny comments.

  458. Mary Ann Krupka / August 15, 2013

I totally agree~ the Atmos Cardigan is a sure winner! I’m a plus size gal and I can still purchase the pattern and yarn for $55.00!
    Now that is a bargain!

  459. Meridith Geyer / August 15, 2013

The Savitri Coat is my favorite for sure. Love the look!

  460. Laura / August 15, 2013

The Atmos cardigan looks pretty and like a fun knit!

  461. Tara / August 15, 2013

I love the Straight A Dress! Could totally see this with a belt, leggings and boots, so comfy!

  462. Erika / August 15, 2013

I love, love, love the Calistoga Tunic. It looks like the perfect blend of cozy comfort and simple stylishness.

  463. Nancy Green / August 15, 2013

I really like the Swarm of Bees Sweater. I love all the unique textural elements.

  464. peggy / August 15, 2013

What lovely patterns the decision as to what was first might come down to eenie meenie minee mo!

  465. Lisa R. / August 15, 2013

I love this collection. I had already queued the Jayashri Pullover this afternoon before I saw this contest. Love it!

  466. Sally K / August 15, 2013

    L-o-v-e the Jayashri Pullover!!! 😀

  467. Stacy / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover. It looks warm enough for chilly summer nights and just perfect for layering for chillier fall days. I’d knit it up in a pumpkin orange with a fall red or brown for the contrasting collar.

  468. AnDy Horne / August 15, 2013

I am a sucker for gorgeous cables so of course it has to be Atmos …. But then that side of me that appreciates understated elegance love the Straight A dress as well. So it’s a tie …

  469. Tina / August 15, 2013

Normally my eye is drawn to items with a lot of texture and cables, like the Savitri Coat. And those buttons?! I like big buttons and I cannot lie ( back at ya!) However, my favorite pattern was actually the Luxe Pullover. I’ve been on the lookout for a good simple sweater, and this meets all my requirements (including pockets!). It’s perfect!

  470. f. Gee / August 15, 2013

The Cable Embrace is classy and is my favorite of the collection!

  471. Kristel / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga Tunic! So lovely! The length, the rolled cuffs on the sleeves, but the polished bottom hem, the subtle striping done with texture, and that collar – zip it up for optimum, cozy warmth, zip it down if you need to cool off!

  472. Tami Arnold / August 15, 2013

I can already see the sweater I’m going to make with my winnings! I love the “swarm of bees”! Love the color, too!

  473. Rose / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Calistoga Tunic. My back is always cold, so I like the longer length. But I can never decide if I’m too hot or too cold, so I like the option of zipping up the neck or leaving it open. Both look stylish. And it doesn’t look too hard to make.

  474. Tamara / August 15, 2013

I’ve never wanted to knit a dress…until now, that is! This collection is absolutely gorgeous, and I want to knit nearly everything in it!

  475. Stephanie / August 15, 2013

Definitely the Atmos…it looks like it would work with everything!

  476. Rachel / August 15, 2013

I am in love with Swarm of Bees!

  477. Christine / August 15, 2013

The Jatiri–which surprises me a little. I think the subtle details make this an intriguing garment, very wearable and obviously not made by a machine at an off-shore factory! =)

  478. Joy / August 15, 2013

My absolute fav is the Calistoga Tunic but the Jayashri Pullover is a close second.

  479. Karen / August 15, 2013

    Love the Landslide Cowl!

  480. Nell / August 15, 2013

I adore the Addison Dress. I love everything about it. I love grays and blacks and that kind of dress is exactly the type that flatters my figure. I can’t wait to knit it when I get a few extra bucks to buy more yarn. I love that I’ll have an excuse to buy more knit picks yarn too!

  481. Tina / August 15, 2013

I love all the patterns but am especially fond of the belt cardi. 🙂

  482. SaraSS / August 15, 2013

I am a little obsessed with the Swarm of Bees Sweater right now. Must. Have….

  483. Jennifer / August 15, 2013

    Ooo! These patterns are beautiful!

  484. Sarah Churchill / August 15, 2013

    What a great inspiration…hope I win!

  485. Erin / August 15, 2013

the cable embrace cardigan is my favorite. I’ve recently developed a love of sweaters and this one is gorgeous I might try adding a hood if I got it, if done right I think that could add to the elegance of the design

  486. Marcia Gallegos / August 15, 2013

So many beautiful things to knit, so little time!!!

  487. chrystine mirales / August 15, 2013

My favorite is definitely the Addison dress!

  488. Anna / August 15, 2013

If I don’t win I just might have to buy it!

  489. Latassha Henderson / August 15, 2013

I absolutely love, love, lllooovvveee the Atmos pattern! I am truly a fan of cables!

  490. Su S. / August 15, 2013

I want to wrap up in Bellflower Coat this winter, so I’ll need to get started soon!

  491. Jennifer Johnson / August 15, 2013

The Straight A Dress Pattern looks like something I’d love to try! All the patterns were lovely and there were a number I’d love to make for myself and others!

  492. Sharon Cunha / August 15, 2013

Great collection! I would really like a copy!

  493. CharlotB / August 15, 2013

The Cable Embrace Cardigan is my favorite, as it looks like it would make an excellent office sweater/jacket.

  494. stephanie / August 15, 2013

The straight A dress is the first dress I’ve ever considered knitting! Usually they just seem clunky, this one looks simple and easy to wear. Great collection!

  495. Annie / August 15, 2013

I would wear the heck out of the Belt Cardi! Love!

  496. Corina / August 15, 2013

    Ooh… Jayashri!

  497. Vanessa / August 15, 2013

Oooh! I think if I don’t win I’ll have to buy the book! Looking forward to a cozy winter. Love that belted cardi, what a clever idea, never lose the belt again.

  498. Ashley / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover. I love the modern look and it would be great for Fall!

  499. Roxanne Malloy / August 15, 2013

My first project from this collection would be the “Bellflower Coat” and I would do it in Swish Bulky ” Potion” or “Moss”. And it would be fabulous to wear and show off!

  500. Robin K / August 15, 2013

Love the jayashri. It looks very comfy and fun to make!

  501. Gale Vande Voort / August 15, 2013

All of the patterns are wonderful and timeless. I think my favorite is the Atmos Cardigan. The detail is exquisite.

  502. Janette / August 15, 2013

What a hard decision – such great designs. The Savitri coat, however, is my favorite! Can’t wait to get that one on my needles!

  503. jessie / August 15, 2013

ooh! ooh! yes, please. i adore that sweater dress!

  504. Julia / August 15, 2013

The Cable Embrace Cardigan, I’m always a sucker for cables and tweed!

  505. Stephanie / August 15, 2013

I think I’d have to go with the Jayashri Pullover, though the Savitri Coat is a close second. I love the neckline of the pullover and the way the second color is incorporated, and I also love the fact that it is short-sleeved since I live in Florida where it is perpetually hot outside but cold indoors (especially where I work). I would love to try to knit some of these patterns; they’re all fantastic!

  506. Rika / August 15, 2013

Beautiful! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  507. Karen / August 15, 2013

Love, love, love the Calistoga tunic! Clean, simple, elegant lines and shaping in the garment and texture in the wide welt of the sleeves. Could easily dress this garment up for evening or down for the weekend.

  508. Marcy Rowe / August 15, 2013

Love the bellflower coat. Would love to win!

  509. Kim Melton / August 15, 2013

Calistoga Tunic, it has to look good with anything!!!!

  511. Laurie / August 15, 2013

    Lovely patterns!

  512. Nancy Ogawa / August 15, 2013

Hard to choose just one but the Calistoga Tunic has the unusual collar treatment. Swarm of Bees would be a second choice- it looks really wearable. So many things to knit so little time…

  513. Emily / August 15, 2013

The Belt cardi looks both elegant and cozy. Perfect for work and weekend both!

  514. Vallerie Magory / August 15, 2013

I would love to knit the Swarm of Bees. Looks like a project you won’t be able to put down. I love sweaters that are knit from neck down and the interesting stitch patterns- magnificent!!!
Beautiful patterns – this book looks like a must have.

  515. Connie / August 15, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace Cardigan. It’s perfect for the office, not too bulky, not too fussy.

  516. Monica / August 15, 2013

Cable Embrace Cardi, because it looks like it could be my first non-kid cardi, always been afraid of “big” projects!

  517. Allison / August 15, 2013

I’m loving the Jayashri pullover. The garter stitch and button details are adorable!

  518. Car Baer / August 15, 2013

The thick chill hood is awesome! So quick to work up and beautiful to wear. Would be an elegant addition to any wardrobe.
    M.

    Love the belted cardi.

  523. Maggie Montney / August 15, 2013

My pick is the Swarm of Bees. Absolutely love the combo of textures.

  524. Chrissy / August 15, 2013

Atmos–I love a long sweater, the cables, and those adorable sleeves.

love the Kyoko toque and mitts!
unique diamond cables and the set looks cozy and would make great take-along projects

  534. MB Brosnihan / August 15, 2013

I love doing patterns so Swarm of Bees is the one that caught my eye. It will certainly keep my attention.

I love the Thick Chill hood. And I would love to win a copy of the book!

  539. Susan R. / August 15, 2013

Addison dress….why I like it , is because after losing 32 pounds, I could actually pull off a knit dress now that clings. Before, there was no way. I love it!

  540. BJ King / August 15, 2013

I really love the Belt Cardi. It looks perfect for layering.

(Though, I might go color-crazy when I make it!)

  543. Jean A. / August 15, 2013

I really like the Atmos cardigan and the Cable Embrace Cardigan, though the Addison dress is intriguing (I probably wouldn’t wear it, but it looks really good on the model!).

  544. Julia Vedders / August 15, 2013

I love the Atmos vest, but I would add long sleeves, I am always cold living in Michigan!

  545. Sabrina / August 15, 2013

Nice collection of patterns! I love the asymetrical collar.

  556. monica / August 15, 2013

Although I liked all of the designs my favorite is Cable Elegance. I love the chevron look of the cables.

  557. Pearl G / August 15, 2013

The Gradual Scarf reminds me of quilts I’ve made, and the Swarm of Bees just look like a lot of fun to knit – and to wear.

  558. Angie / August 15, 2013

    Very nice!

  559. Courtney / August 15, 2013

My favorite is actually the first you posted – the Addison dress. I have a favorite knit sweater dress that I’ve been looking to duplicate, and this pattern looks like the perfect one to do it! I also love the landslide cowl, as I can see myself bundling up in that to protect against the Asheville winter. 🙂

  560. justjenny / August 15, 2013

I love the swarm of bees sweater!

  561. Jen Whited / August 15, 2013

I LOVE the Landslide Cowl. The buckle detail gives the cowl great visual difference than just knitting a piece and wrapping it around your neck! Great designs all around, though!

  562. Kay Smith / August 15, 2013

OOHHH! So hard to pick just 1. Like them all. Would love to win the book.

  563. Jess Foto / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga Tunic. The Zipper! It looks perfect for the first few days of frosty weather, snuggling up with a hot cup of tea. mmmm

  564. Hélène / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga tunic because I looooooove the collar!

  565. Laura / August 15, 2013

Well, “Atmos” and “Bees” are more likely to actually make it in my queue someday, but “Savitri” wins as my favorite for its uniqueness. Kudos to the designers – great collection!

  566. Pat / August 15, 2013

I love these looks but Swarm of abeles is a fav!

  567. Lisa / August 15, 2013

Do I have to pick just one?? I love the Bellflower coat, the Togue, Swarm of Bees (beautiful detail while fitting like your favorite t-shirt–what’s not to love?) the figure-flattering Cable Embrace Cardigan, but I agree that the first thing I’m gonna try is the Atmos Cardigan-but with long sleeves. I just love this collection-the detail work on all of them is just fantastic…..makes fingers itch to get started!

  568. Maryann / August 15, 2013

I like Swarm of Bees for its detail and the Jayashri Pullover. It is a lovely collection.

  569. L Parra / August 15, 2013

I love the simplicity of the Straight A Dress. It would look great with a Turtle Neck & Tights!!

  570. Jess Anne Cole / August 15, 2013

The Addison Dress rocks! The entire collection is impressive.

  571. Donna Sapienza / August 15, 2013

Addison dress is my pick for best. My daughter would look elegant in this pattern.

  572. Carla / August 15, 2013

These are really cute, especially the Addison Dress — and I happen to live on Addison Street! However, the dress looks a lot better on the model than it would on me. Swarm of Bees is generating a lot of buzz!

  573. Katherine Noack / August 15, 2013

Loved the cowl and Hat. Would love to win the book to make those two first

  574. Jill / August 15, 2013

The thick chill cowl looks perfect for our cold prairie winds!

  575. Willow Brown / August 15, 2013

So, So Cozy!! Must have!!! I have been running for over a year now and I think I could pull off the dress…. 😉

  576. J. Fitzhugh / August 15, 2013

I agree that the “Swarm of Bees” sweater would be very versatile…I can see it with a wool plaid skirt for work or faded denim for a trip to the farm stand to get those pumpkins!

  577. Kathleen DeJohn / August 15, 2013

I love the simple lines and beautiful drape of the Straight A dress!

  578. Angela McConnell / August 15, 2013

The Atmos Cardigan is my favorite. I love the fact you can make it in an understated color and wear something with a lot of color underneath to show it off or knit it in a bright color to brighten up your winter wardrobe!

  579. bethany / August 15, 2013

savitri coat! I absolutely love the closures and the stitch pattern on the front.

  580. Joy Buckley / August 15, 2013

  587. Rachael Bender / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Swarm of Bees top!

  588. Anna Bryan / August 15, 2013

I love this pattern booklet because I could knit AND wear every one of the garments! Really, how often can you say that! Love the color pallets. I would start with Jayashri! Totally love that one!

  589. Christina / August 15, 2013

I like them all but like the Belted Cardi is the most versatile for my needs.

  590. Wanda / August 15, 2013

    Love them all!

  591. Liz / August 15, 2013

Love the collection. Can’t wait for the weather to need these sweaters.

  592. Wanda / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the JaYashri pullover. Love them all!

  593. Deb / August 15, 2013

I would wear the Calistoga Tunic. However I would like to try several of the others. The Atmos Cardigan and Sivitri Coat look like a fun challenge

  594. Liz / August 15, 2013

Pick ONE pattern?!?!?! No way! 😀

  595. Trina / August 15, 2013

This book looks spectacular…hard to decide what to make first!

  596. Barbara LeBlanc / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Belt Cardi. I think this would actually look good on me giving the illusion that I have a waistline. I would make it in City Tweed in a pretty dark shade.

  597. Meghan / August 15, 2013

I like the Atmos Cardigan. I’m a huge fan of layering short sleeved jackets/cardigans over long sleeved shirts.

  598. charlene cone / August 15, 2013

Hands down favorite is the Jayashiri! It is a classic design.

  599. Susan Glenfield / August 15, 2013

Fabulous fall and winter patterns!!!! Can’t wait to try some, ESP with the cashmere yarn on sale!!!

  600. patricia riley / August 15, 2013

wow! there are several designs that are awesome. I would totally loose weight just to rock that striped sweater dress. but since I’m not that skinny just yet…I want to make that figure flattering belt cardi and that cheveron v neck number…in burgundy or a wine would be devine this fall!

  601. Whitney / August 15, 2013

I like the belt cardi the best- totally my style 🙂

  602. Patricia swan / August 15, 2013

    Beautiful!

These are so lovely; I can’t wait to see the rest of the collection.

  605. Wendy / August 15, 2013

The Luxe Pullover is gorgeous – love the pocket!

  606. Maggie Johnson / August 15, 2013

I love every one of these patterns. Very beautiful. I really like the Thick Chill Hood and the Atmos.

  607. Kelly M / August 15, 2013

Oh, wow. They’re all amazing, but if I had to choose just one to knit for myself it would probably be the Calistoga Tunic. It looks like it would be flattering on me and I love the sort of shabby-chic “favorite sweater” vibe it has. I’d totally go for the Addison Dress if I were picking one to knit as a gift – my sister would look AMAZING in that, but there’s no way I could pull it off!

  608. Adrienne Lash / August 15, 2013

I’m in love with swarm of bees. The texture and that waistline detail! Brilliant.

  609. AmyO / August 15, 2013

It’s definitely the Landslide Cowl. there’s so much texture and a vintage feel to it that I love!

  610. Patt Takeuchi / August 15, 2013

Reminds me of the classic patterns my mother used to knit but updated! Simply beautiful.

Love the jayashri sweater, it has a retro vibe to it that I just love.

  615. jan / August 15, 2013

my favorite is the Cable Embrace cardigan. Not too heavy, not too busy. I’ll make it in Capra, though and keep the sleeves and side panels in Stockinette.

Bellflower – perfect for a walk in the woods during the fall!

  616. Cee Sharpe / August 15, 2013

Love the ‘Swarm of Bees’ sweater!

  617. Lynne S. / August 15, 2013

  618. Sarah / August 15, 2013

Ooooh, I just love the kyoko toque and mitts! They look warm and cozy.

  619. Nancie G / August 15, 2013

This is a collection that has something for everybody. I love it!

  625. Janet / August 15, 2013

Lots of funky but wearable designs! But my favourite is the Addison Dress, maybe because I seem drawn to knit dresses lately, but also for the classic simplicity and clean lines.

  626. Kim Larsen / August 15, 2013

Love the Addison dress… with tights and boots it is a winner

  627. Cynthia / August 15, 2013

Love them all can’t wait to knit one of each!!!

  633. addison / August 15, 2013

Would love this! I need to broaden my knitting horizons!

  636. Fay Payton / August 15, 2013

The Luxe Pullover. At least to start with ! Then on to a few of the others.

I live in turtlenecks all winter long and this is perfect with the slightly shorter sleeve – so they don’t get in the way.

  637. Martha Anne / August 15, 2013

What striking set of garments each with its own special details. The Cable Embrace must be my first effort, then the Calistoga Tunic, then the straight A tunic. Its great to find so many possibilities in one collection!

  638. Marie-Claude Doucet / August 15, 2013

Love all of the patterns! Hope I’ll win…

  639. Mary Ellen / August 15, 2013

Wow! A great collection! From the Kyoko Toque & Mitts, the Swarm of Bees, to the Belt Cardi — hard to choose just one. I think I would knit the Belt Cardi, first — it screams FALL!

Would love to win this — it’s my birthday today!

  640. Wilma Page / August 15, 2013

What a clever use of stitches.

  641. heather fulford / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover. It is very classic looking, making it a long standing wardrobe piece for years to come.

  642. Ruth / August 15, 2013

The Straight A dress is so, so cute. Love the detail on the top of the dress.

  652. Michelle / August 15, 2013

  653. Linda Pirius / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri pullover. The collar is fun and short sleeves are a must for me in fall and winter!

  654. Marcia Mednick / August 15, 2013

I am so crazy for cables – big visual impact for a relatively easy technique, so making Atmos would be my first choice! Swarm of bees also looks like a fun challenge to try.

  655. TeresaR / August 15, 2013

I love fall sweaters. This looks like a great book.

  656. Thea / August 15, 2013

Like them all, but the “Bees” is the best!

  660. DonnaG / August 15, 2013

I think the Calistoga Tunic. I love the neckline and the whole thing looks perfect for hibernating during chill Fall days or cold East Coast winter days.

  661. ariesknitwit / August 15, 2013

I think I would make the swarm of bees first. Then I would make the Savitri coat and several of the other sweaters. This is a GREAT collection!

  662. Kim / August 15, 2013

    Hmmm which to do first?

  663. Molissa Allen / August 15, 2013

I LOVE the Swarm of Bees sweater. It would flatter my body like no other sweater has. It had peplum qualities which is in style.

  664. Sara Hildebrant / August 15, 2013

I absolutely love the Jayashri Pullover! Looks so comfy and yet sophisticated. The neckline is my favorite as well the simple architectural stitches down the side. Want this so bad

  665. Shannon Anderson / August 15, 2013

My favorite patern is the Atmos Cardigan.
I love cables, and cardi’s and the color.

I love the Swish Bulky. It’s beautiful and fun!

  673. Sherry / August 15, 2013

My favorite sweater in Reclaimed is the Cable Embrace Cardigan. I love how wonderfully cozy it looks with a pair of jeans, and I can picture myself wearing it on a cool fall day.

  674. Crystal miles / August 15, 2013

    Cable Embrace Cardigan Pattern
It s very detail design which I would knit.. Even if I don’t win, I will buy this one.. It s beautiful.

  675. Katherine Hendrixson / August 15, 2013

My favorite pattern is definitely the Calistoga Tunic. It looks like the perfect snugly sweater to take the kids trick-or-treating or enjoy a glass of wine while watching a good movie.

  676. anna / August 15, 2013

nothing like snuggly knits to wear!

  677. Julie Wittrock / August 15, 2013

  679. darcie / August 15, 2013

I love the swarm of bees sweater, I think it’s something I would wear a lot!

  680. Laurie / August 15, 2013

I love all of the patterns. But, the Calistoga Tunic Pattern and the Swarm Of Bees are on the top of the list to be made first. They are all really very nice pieces and anyone would enjoy to wear them.

  681. Lindsey A / August 15, 2013

Would love to have this pattern collection!

  682. Amanda / August 15, 2013

I love that beehive sweater! Perfect color too!

  683. Junko / August 15, 2013

I love the Belt Cardi pattern! The braided pattern on the belt looks like it will lie flat nicely, I love that it looks like it won’t curl!

The finer pattern around the collar and down the front is a nice design element, as well.

I like the 3/4-length sleeves, because I’m always washing dishes or working with my hands… and I can see myself wearing this 3 season out of the year, layered with a long-sleeved tunic, etc.

Yup, definitely my favorite pattern of the bunch. Bee sweater pattern would probably be second!

  684. DeniseMarie / August 15, 2013

I like the Swarm of Bees sweater. I like the change of patterns and looks flattering how it tapers at waste.

  685. Margaret Faulks / August 15, 2013

I love the Bellflower coat because of the bold styling with the cables and ribbing – lovely presentation

  686. Pat Reynolds / August 15, 2013

Love these patterns. Just learned to knit and would love to make one.

  687. Roylene Neal / August 15, 2013

From your reputation I know this has a lot of elegant and sophisticated patterns that I would love to win.

  688. Kate Spencer / August 15, 2013

Lots of fabulous choices, although I think I’d go for the Belt Cardi first, with an extra ball to carry the sleeves to full length.

  689. Alice Dyer / August 15, 2013

love the sweater called swarm of bees. that is the sweater I would knit if selected to win the pattern book.

  690. Amy gray / August 15, 2013

  693. Ramona / August 15, 2013

    love the cabled sweater!

  694. Celeste Robichaux / August 15, 2013

My fave is the Striaght A Dress Pattern. I’d like to knit it in a lovely shade of blue for my new daughter-in-law who is the Air Force. She would look totally chic for a night on the town with my son. Sorry if there are typos but I can’t find my glasses!

  695. Virginia Tunstall / August 15, 2013

These patterns look so classy as well as comfortable. I can actually imagine wearing these designs.

The Straight A dress is calling my name! Would love something to knit for fall!

  698. Alexia Wilson / August 15, 2013

Oh boy, how to choose just one? I’m going with the Savitri Coat. Although the Landslide Cowl is calling out to me as well!

  699. Libby McCullough / August 15, 2013

I live in Florida so I can see lots of possibilities for the Swarm of Bees pattern.

  700. Dawn Tenneson / August 15, 2013

All the collections of Knit Picks are great, I love the new updated looks that keep up with fashion!

  701. Robin / August 15, 2013

Landslide Cowl by a landslide. Very nice selection and love the yarn colors.

  702. Shannon / August 15, 2013

Jayashri Pullover – love the neckline. I might make it with long sleeves though, if I could figure out a modification for it. It would be super cute with a tight turtleneck underneath the short sleeve version though…hmmm… maybe I’ll make two! LOVE that it’s done in the round – I hate seaming!

  703. Suda / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees – because of the wonderful textures & pattern! Gorgeous. . . .

  704. ZanneeC / August 15, 2013

Love the ‘Thick Chill Hood & the ‘Addison Dress.’ I believe they would be perfect together.

  705. Rene / August 15, 2013

I love the Swarm of Bees piece. Firstly I love Bees because without them, we would have very little food!!! I love food more than I love Bees!!
The colour of this piece is a perfect fall tone too. The short sleeves are great too because fall is quite warm where I live yet its nice to have something snuggly to wear without sweating your head off!!

  706. Lorie / August 15, 2013

    Lovely collection!

  707. Jan / August 15, 2013

Great collection, what to knit first!!!

    • Elise / August 15, 2013

The Jayashri pullover now is on my fall to-knit list.

  708. Mrs. B. / August 15, 2013

So very lovely. Please enter me in the drawing!

  709. Johanna / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower coat is definitely my favorite. I’ve always had a soft spot for cables, and for big sweaters 🙂

    • Jere / August 15, 2013

I can’t resist the big buttons with sort of non-collar neck opening. Add the pockets and shorter sleeves that will stay out of my way and it all adds up to a must have with jeans or yoga pants.

  710. Carrie F / August 15, 2013

I really like the Bellflower Coat. I love all the cables.

  711. Renee / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the cable embrace cardigan, followed by swarm of bees. I love the textures!

  712. Lydia / August 15, 2013

How to choose?? They are all pretty fantastic, but I would probably knit the Jayashri tunic first, so different!

Love, love this collection! Would love to win.

  714. Anne / August 15, 2013

    A beautiful colletrion of knits

  715. Sandy Watson / August 15, 2013

I love the layering potential of Jayashiri… I might make it tunic length and with elbow length sleeves, but I will definitely knit this one!

  716. Fran Freimarck / August 15, 2013

All of these patterns are sophisticated and elegant

  717. Lisa / August 15, 2013

    Calistoga Tunic Pattern
    It looks loose and wonderful.

  718. Penny Powell / August 15, 2013

I definitely like the Savitri Coat the best. The unusual front is a winner.

I really like the Calistoga Tunic, I especially like the neckline, it’s a very flattering look for me.

  721. Sandy Wallace / August 15, 2013

Can’t wait to get knitting a shrug or scarf before Fall

  722. Julie / August 15, 2013

The colors and modern styling are fabulous!

  723. James / August 15, 2013

My wife would look wonderful in the Addison Dress. She knits amazing things and I would love to see her make something for herself.

  724. Karen / August 15, 2013

The belted cardi is cleverly constructed and could have a variety of looks depending on the yarn used.

  725. Terri / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri pullover! It looks comfy and elegant at the same time. Fall can’t come soon enough for me.

  726. Martha Cranford / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga Tunic. Looks like it could be dressed up or down.

  727. Marilyn / August 15, 2013

The landslide cowl. My daughter is teaching me to knit. I taught her to crochet at the age of 6. Hopefully I will get good enough to do a pattern like that.

  728. Martha Cranford / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga Tunic. Looks like it could be dressed up or down.

  729. mel paul / August 15, 2013

    Stylish and timeless designs.

    Scarlett

  730. Rebekah / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga tunic! It was extremely hard to pick just one favorite! Swarm of bees looks super comfy too!

  731. Cindy / August 15, 2013

My kind of sweaters….. wearable, stylish, timeless.

  732. Jeannine Harvey / August 15, 2013

Love both the Jayashri Pullover and the Landslide Cowl. Both are stylishly simple with great tailored details – Classic but fresh! Think Audrey Hepburn in wool. . . .

  733. Doris Sorensen / August 15, 2013

    They are3 all classics.

  734. Arline Rynk / August 15, 2013

The idea for the pseudo-belt was brilliant ! I can’t wait to make the sweater.

  735. Adrienne G. / August 15, 2013

For me it’s a tie between Belt Cardi (love that belt detail, but I’d go with longer sleeves) and Calistoga Tunic (tunic length is probably not the best for my figure, but I still love how cozy it looks!). Keeping my fingers crossed!

  736. Jo / August 15, 2013

    One of each please

  737. Zoe Baum / August 15, 2013

I want to make the Belleflower coat for myself, and the Swarm of Bees pullover for my sister. What great textures! This is a terrific bunch of patterns.

  738. Samantha Williams / August 15, 2013

They all look amazing, it’s so hard to pick one.

  739. Wendy / August 15, 2013

There are several that I love but if I have to narrow it to a favorite I’ll have to say it’s a tie between the Cable Embrace Cardigan and Swarm of Bees!

  740. Nancy / August 15, 2013

Lovin’ it! Now all I need is time….

  741. crystal / August 15, 2013

Jayashri sweater pattern is my favorite 🙂 it is soooo pretty 🙂

  742. Stacey / August 15, 2013

What a great collection to get me excited for gift knitting!

I think my favorite is the Bellflower cardi. I love a good bulky-knit sweater, and I love the range of sizes available!

  743. Sue Clover / August 15, 2013

Immediately fell into adore for “Calistoga”. The detail interest of the collar makes this sweater a priority knit for me. The wide range of sizes available makes me happy, too.

  744. Chris Kachel / August 15, 2013

Definnatly want to do the Bellflower Coat or Atmos or Swarm of Bees ARRGH too many choices

  745. Miriam / August 15, 2013

My eye is drawn to the Atmos cardigan. It can be dressed up or down. The short sleeves make it perfect for a layered look and the cables give it a sophisticated air. I am always looking for pieces that can be worn at the office or out shopping. This garment fits the bill. I am tempted to make it longer and get the “coat” look. There is a variety of stitches in this piece- so even if I decide to make it longer, I think it would be enjoyable to knit this winter.

  746. Greta / August 15, 2013

Swarm of bees and jayashri are absolutely stunning!

  747. Barbara / August 15, 2013

Beautiful collection. Thank you for the preview.

  748. Betty Schlotthauer / August 15, 2013

A lovely collection of patterns, I think I might choose to make “Thick Chill Hood” first. This past February I was visiting DC and would have loved having this item to warm and protect me from the chilling winds in the early mornings and late evenings.

  749. Gretchen / August 15, 2013

I’m a sucker for chevron patterns, so the cable embrace cardigan is my favorite in this collection. Loved the first light collection and love this one. Nice job knitpicks!

  750. Anne / August 15, 2013

I totally adore the Calistoga Tunic. I would even wear it during hot flashes – it is that beautiful!!

  751. Nicole / August 15, 2013

I really love the Jayashri Pullover. The neckline is flattering and cute with a little bit of a vintage flair!

  752. Emily / August 15, 2013

I can’t decide between the Jayashri Pullover and the Calistoga Tunic. They’re both flattering, have simple lines and aren’t overly patterned – my style!

    Belt cardi – beautiful”

Kyoko Toque & Mitts : a useful piece with “grand chic” !

  759. Melainia / August 15, 2013

Oops, forgot to say why in the previous comment! I like the Belt Cardi for its sleeve length and belt. I love sweaters I can layer that also accent my waist, and it can be hard to find these days with the slouchy look in style.

  760. Camille / August 15, 2013

The Jayashri Pullover! The style is fabulous and its construction looks interesting.

  761. Zita H / August 15, 2013

That Straight A Dress looks beautiful, I d love to knit it!

  762. Merianne Cowley / August 15, 2013

  763. Jo / August 15, 2013

What a great collection of knits!

  764. Lesley Egden / August 15, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace Cardigan. It has such an interesting pattern and I’m a sucker for tweedy yarns.

  765. Barbara Vogel / August 15, 2013

Oh, The Possibilities! Startitis for sure:-)

  766. Lynne Attanasso / August 15, 2013

I got your catalogue in the mail recently and really was impressed with this particular pattern collection.
I love your site, your yarns and the harmony needles I use almost exclusively now and am planning to add a set of the sunstruck needles very soon. Thank you KnitPicks for keeping knitting affordable for someone like me.

  767. Lynn Drzewucki / August 15, 2013

I love the cables and texture stitches on the Swarm of Bees sweater. I can see myself wearing it a lot in the fall transition days as a short-sleeve sweater, and later with a long-sleeve tee underneath.

  768. Melainia / August 15, 2013

I like the Belt Cardi! ❤

  769. Lois / August 15, 2013

  771. SYL / August 15, 2013

  773. Melissa / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga tunic. All of these patterns would fit so well in my wardrobe!

  774. Misty / August 15, 2013

I love the Atomos cardigan. There were several great ones!

  775. Christina St.John / August 15, 2013

It’s a great treat to want to make all of the patterns in such a book. Cowls & sweaters are such great classic wear, but I don’t often see dresses. The Addison dress is, at least, more in my size range, but the Straight A dress is so classic, too. Just need to lose a few more pounds to do it justice! Guess I could always wear the Atmos sweater over it. Oh, shucks, such a hardship to wear both….NOT.

  776. renee wallace / August 15, 2013

I absolutely need this book. Love the Calistoga Tunic.

  777. Kathy / August 15, 2013

Love the Jayashri Pullover – the neckline & sleeves are unique, and the natural colors are great.

  778. Stacy Kreun / August 15, 2013

I love the landslide cowl because it’s not
    Like any other I’ve seen!!

  779. Nichol / August 15, 2013

    Love the cables in Atmos!!!!

  780. Mistaria / August 15, 2013

Because I prefer short to 3/4 sleaves, and I overheat quickly and prefer not to have fabric up close to my neck, my favorite is Jayashri Pullover.

A close second is the Savitri Coat Pattern.

And the headband is so cute, makes me want to cut my long hair.

And wow! The belt cardi is also delicious. YUM!

  781. Desiree / August 15, 2013

The cables on the Kyoko toque are amazing.

  782. Sharon M2 / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the “Swarm of bees!”

  783. Dana Pittman / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Addison Dress. I am immediately drawn to it because it has a lasting appeal. You could knit it this fall and wear it for years to come. Additionally, I could see myself making more than one to take advantage of different colors and types of yarn.

Crossing my fingers and hoping to win because I’d have a great time knitting several of these designs before the cooler months.

Thanks for the opportunity to receive a free copy.

  784. Kendra / August 15, 2013

The Savitri coat screams for my needles and ash yarn. It’s bold, textured, and sophisticated all in one — absolutely perfect! It’s something that I could cozy up in, or wear out. Bold buttons! So in love with them already.

  785. Beverly Geary / August 15, 2013

I would enjoy the LUXE PULLOVER. I love the turtleneck style. I can see it would not be too tight but a lovely looking sweater.

I love the colors used also. I was told to wear earth tone colors. I love love this sweater. Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy of this book. TerryLee Diemert

  800. Vicki Brust / August 15, 2013

Jayashri! JAYASHRI! I love the look of the modern neckline, the simplicity of the stitches required, and the ultimate flattery of the shaping. I think it will look great on most body types, and is short sleeved – for easy layering! I will be wanting to make this one!!! Great patterns throughout the book!

  801. Libby Vervaeke / August 15, 2013

Love all the patterns so the question is ” which one to knit first!” I think it will be Swarm of Bees.

  802. Amy Hansen / August 15, 2013

Jayashri just shouts out fall knitting to me.

  807. Erin / August 15, 2013

    The Calistoga Tunic!!!!
OMG! This is so versatile! I would wear it with jeans & knee-high boots or leggings and sequined flats!
I cannot WAIT to knit this!!!

  812. Elizabeth / August 15, 2013

I love the gradual scarf! My husband has finally let me start knitting for him… His reasoning is that we’re married now and the boyfriend sweater curse won’t apply 🙂

  813. Noa Boshnack / August 15, 2013

  815. Laura Brown / August 15, 2013

I am going to make the Calistoga sweater. That is my absolute favorite in the collection – the ability to style from dressy to casual and everything in between. It would be easy to wear it to work, out shopping on the weekends, or to the park with my kids. It’s so flexible in design: from retro to modern, it stretches a wide range of fashion styles as well.

  816. Martina / August 15, 2013

All these patterns would be winners for my daughter and several would also be perfect for me. What a great collection of gorgeous garments!

My favourite is the Belt Cardi by Jenise Reid. The built in belt, the three quarter sleeves with wide cable cuffs is infinitely wearable–looks like you could dress it up or down and wear it almost anywhere. Flattering lines for all figures is another key element.
I enjoyed looking over the designs. I received the catalogue yesterday in the mail and was saving it for a time when I could savour it slowly. There’s an ear worm for you in return!
    Dominique

  835. Norahann Miller / August 15, 2013

WOW! This was a tough choice. I fell in love with the Gradual scarf and the Thick Chill Hood, mostly because they are projects that can be done easily and given as gifts. Anything that knits up that beautiful will certainly make us the knitter look like we worked so hard! Break out the flour, but never tell our secret about bulky yarns!

  836. cd / August 15, 2013

Bellflower coat: love the cable down the back and over the pockets.

  890. Karen / August 15, 2013

Landslide cowl and Addison dress are my first picks, but I am very excited about the others too. What a great book of patterns.

  894. Georganne White / August 15, 2013

I love the Landslide cowl and I’m not usually a cowl person. I think the drape is what got me!

  895. Kimberly Crawley / August 15, 2013

I really like the color combos of the Gradual scarf, but the pattern I actually like is the Savitri Coat Pattern. I love how it has so much TEXTURE and it is done in the right amount in the right way. I don’t know what the stitch that borders the coat and textures the middle section of the coat, but it looks neat. I thought it was the moss stitch, but I cannot confirm that.

I think the thing that strikes me the most about the pattern is that CURVE that is placed in the middle of the buttoning system. I would just love to knit this up and wear it everyday in the fall.

  896. Lily Lily / August 15, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace Cardigan. Got to have it!

  902. Nancy Eddy / August 15, 2013

  910. BethR / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress as well. I see so many things that can be done with this dress, whether going ahead and using the stripes as is, a self striping or variegated yarn, or even playing with the pattern adding length, scallops, ribs, etc. It just looks like it’s ripe for a whole bunch of variations in the closet.

  911. Donna / August 15, 2013

  921. Christina Pridie / August 15, 2013

Love the Collection especially the one on the front cover.

  922. Holly Cormack / August 15, 2013

I LOVE the Atmos Cardigan, but would probably make a longer sleeve for the cooler weather – I don’t do layers, as I’m too warm-natured… LOL! Also, I love the gray color and the cables – perfect choice to tempt my talent. AND it comes in my (BIT) size!!!

    • Holly Cormack / August 15, 2013

OOPS – hit the wrong key — that should’ve been “BIG” size!

  923. Rabecca / August 15, 2013

This is a lovely collection that makes me yearn for fall. I especially like the inventive details on the Jayashri pull over and the Cable Embrace cardigan

  927. TImiae / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover! Luxe is a very close second… they just look so comfy, yet stylish!

  928. kathy sieg / August 15, 2013

Love the look of the kyoko hat and mitts!

  929. Monica / August 15, 2013

My fave is Calistoga… very versatile… runner up is the Straight A dress/tunic. But there are other patterns that looks very wearable/knittable. Nice collection.

  930. Maritess Larson / August 15, 2013

I just love the Addison Dress. would love to do a few of these in different color schemes as well as doing up a shorter version of it as a sweater.

  931. Jan Brummel / August 15, 2013

Anything knit in this luscious yarn would be an enjoyable experience! Cashmere of course.

  932. Joy / August 15, 2013

I like the Atmos Cardigan b/c with short sleeves, it’d be more versatile until the weather gets really cold.

  933. vera / August 15, 2013

cable embrace caridgan – it looks like a slimming pattern. who doesn’t love that? 🙂

  934. Frey-ja / August 15, 2013

One of my favorites is the Cable Embrace Cardigan.

  935. Sarah Anderson / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees. It’s the first sweater that I’ve seen that I wanted to immediately knit. It is made of awesome and win.

  936. Mary Alice Helgesen / August 15, 2013

I love Swarm of Bees and Atmos. It will be hard to choose between them.

  937. Kelly / August 15, 2013

The Savitri coat — cables, bulky yarn, cool sleeves — what’s not to love? Great weight for autumn.

  938. Nadia / August 15, 2013

The Castaliga Tunic. It looks like it would fit very nicely, and I really like the neckline.

  939. Michelle Heckman / August 15, 2013

Love the Landslide Cowl – the texture and asymmetry are especially nice.

  940. Megan / August 15, 2013

I’d have to say the Jayashri Pullover is my favorite because it looks like it’s all squishy and warm and would feel like you’re wearing sweats while looking sophisticated.

  941. Rosemary / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress. Simple and sleek and comfortable. Very chic.

  942. Janice Lovering / August 15, 2013

I like the cable vest it looks nice for those fall days when it is cooler.

  943. eileen / August 15, 2013

Swarm of bees and all of them….I want to attempt to knit all of them!!

  944. Lynne / August 15, 2013

    Landslide cowl is great!

  945. Daneille / August 15, 2013

So hard to choose! I’d start with the Bellflower Coat. Love the A-line and vertical stripe-feel–very flattering to all body types. And, the bulky yarn would work up quickly–so I could wear it THIS fall!

  946. Andrea / August 15, 2013

I love the Straight A Dress! It looks so simple and elegant, and yet comfy.

  947. Andrea / August 15, 2013

I love the Straight A Dress! It looks so simple and elegant, and yet comfy.

  948. Mary Anne Cutler / August 15, 2013

Jayashri pullover is my choice. The neckline is what grabs me.

  949. Carolyn / August 15, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace Cardigan’s deep V-neck and interesting stitch design. Unique cardi; can’t wait to make it!

  950. Em / August 15, 2013

I absolutely adore the thick chill hood! I have a ton of cute winter coats, but none of them have hoods, and in the Portland rain that’s a necessity! I love too that once you get out of the cold rain you can put the good down and voila! Its a cowl! Such a great idea!

  951. Karalee / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga tunic is my favorite at the moment – but ask me again later and it could change!

  952. Tracy / August 15, 2013

    Belt Cardi….versatile.

  953. Marla / August 15, 2013

Love the cable sweater (Atmos) — Like the different combos using the same base piece –so easy to get in a rut

  954. Joyce / August 15, 2013

I would like to do the belted cardi! My youngest daughter would love it for Her Biethday in November! And I like to knit hats and mittens!
TY for the opportunity to enter..
    jk

  955. Dusty / August 15, 2013

    Nice book.

  956. Dodie Barr / August 15, 2013

I like the “Thick Chill Hood” the best! It gets so cold here, but I suffer with hot flashes, so a scarf is often too tight, so this hood would be a nice option for me.

  957. LYN / August 15, 2013

    Bellflower Coat. Lovely!

  958. Terri / August 15, 2013

I like Cable Embrace Cardigan and Calistoga Tunic! And about 6 others! Hope I win! Thanks.

  959. Rose / August 15, 2013

I just love the Atmos cardigan and the Jayashri Pullover. The whole collection is smart and stylish!

  960. Karen Fernback / August 15, 2013

For me it’s the Addison dress. I made my first knit dress at sixteen and I still love making and wearing them. Classic lines can’t be beat.

  961. Lois Anne / August 15, 2013

Some wonderfull pieces in this collection. Thick
Chill Hood, Calistoga Tunic, Belt Cardi & Addison Dress especially. Thank you!!

  962. Dawn / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees would be the first project I would knit. Nice collection. Please pick me.

  963. Lisa / August 15, 2013

I love the sleeves and the zip collar on the Calistoga Tunic – plus, I just love tunics!!

  964. Marie / August 15, 2013

I love the Atmos cardigan. It is good to wear all year round, but all the patterns look great to do.

  965. Judith / August 15, 2013

Love the Addison dress. Now to find the perfect yarn…

  966. Meghan Tortora / August 15, 2013

I love the kyoko toque and mitts pattern! My favorite fall accessories are hats and mitts – they provide the extra coverage needed on cool fall days and night and one can never have enough cute hats at their disposal!

  967. kristen / August 15, 2013

Love all the patterns! Love the Belt Cardi the best. Very vintage looking

  968. Stacie / August 15, 2013

    Love the sweater dress.

  969. Mary Piontek / August 15, 2013

I want to knit all of them! But my favorite is the belt cardi!

  970. JJ / August 15, 2013

Since I don’t have the figure to wear that gorgeous dress, I will happily settle on the Atmos cardigan, with the sleeves just a bit longer. Still a difficult choice, though.

  971. Ronda RS / August 15, 2013

The Atmos because it is definitely my style and I have been waiting for a pattern like this to come out.

  972. Kathleen L / August 15, 2013

The Swarm of Bees is the bees’ knees. It looks like it would be very fun to knit and would look good on a range of body types and ages.

  973. Mary Lou Shookhoff / August 15, 2013

I love the Swarm of Bees Sweater by Lisa Kereliuk.
I love the texture of the sweater, especially as it would look good on most figures, not just for the youthful ones. And it would be interesting to knit.

  974. Olya / August 15, 2013

I love the neckline of Jayashry pullover! Would love to make one 🙂

  975. Dianna sheldon / August 15, 2013

Love the collection. Fingers are itching to start knitting!

  976. Valerie Ruiz / August 15, 2013

Love the Jayashri…the collar shape and tab, the ragland sleeves, and the details on the front!

  977. Nora / August 15, 2013

The Addison Dress is my favorite! I love sweater dresses and the 3/4-length sleeves are perfect.

  978. linda / August 15, 2013

I’d have to say my favorite is the Jayashri Pullover Pattern because of the fabulous wide-standing collar! 🙂

  979. Brisja / August 15, 2013

I love the Belt Cardi and the Addison Dress!

  980. Lacey B-A / August 15, 2013

I would make all the things!

  981. Mary Rumore / August 15, 2013

I love all these Reclaimed patterns, but my favorite is the Savitri coat because of the interesting moss stitch texture.and cables. The unusual button band is eye-catching too.

  982. Cheryl Dumont / August 15, 2013

the Luxe pullover because I love Turtlenecks in the winter

  983. Lesley W. / August 15, 2013

I really, really love the Jayashri pullover pattern. The wide collar on the pullover is cool: the contrasting colors and the button tab. The garter stitch against the stockinette stitch adds a nice detail. The small details on the pullover are what caught my eye.

  984. beth jacobson / August 15, 2013

I love the cowl neck line of the Jayashri pullover!

  985. Michelle / August 15, 2013

I’m really excited about this collection of patterns they are just my style 🙂

    • Michelle / August 15, 2013

I love the sweater dress it looks so comfy

  986. Michele / August 15, 2013

What a great giveaway! The Swarm of Bees sweater instantly caught my eye, as I love short sleeves and lots of texture!

  987. Gail M / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees is a definite yes!! My sister is a beekeeper and I would love to surprise her with a birthday gift…

  988. PJ Gaumond / August 15, 2013

I love the Savitri Coat. The construction is a refreshingly different and love the pattern play.

  989. Lisa / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga tunic. It looks so comfy, but it’s nice enough to be dressed up or down.

  990. Maria / August 15, 2013

    OMIGOD LOVE. Love love.

  991. Pam Collier / August 15, 2013

There’s no way I can decide between the Savitri coat and the belted cardi. Seriously, though, every pattern in this collection finds its way to my “yes” pile!

  992. Danelle / August 15, 2013

I love the Landslide cowl! The two different stitch patterns and the irregular shape make for an interesting quick knit!!

  993. Linda Sumis / August 15, 2013

Pattern that caught my attention was “Bellflower Coat”. The wide ribbing, cables, and pockets add dramatic flair while the “knit in one piece to armholes” satisfies my dislike for lots of seaming. Now to pick a color….

  994. Ann / August 15, 2013

I get so excited every time you send out a new catalog BUT this time this catalog has me scratching my head trying to figure out which design I would do for myself (70) or my daughters (50) or my granddaughters (13 & 18). If only I had 2 more arms!

  995. Jesse Darrow / August 15, 2013

The Addison Dress, so comfy, cozy yet has some sex appeal!

  996. Rachelle Provençal / August 15, 2013

My two favourites are the Bow Headband (sassy!) & the Calistoga tunic. The tunic looks absolutely comfy and cozy! My fingers are crossed…

  997. Lucy / August 15, 2013

What a beautiful collection. You weren’t wrong about the patterns being incredible. I’m partial to the knit dress. They are so easy and fun to wear.

  998. Heather / August 15, 2013

The Landslide Cowl is my favorite because it is so versatile. It might be neat to sew a pretty ribbon on it instead of the strap to make it more girly.

  999. Taryn / August 15, 2013

Jayashri Pullover pattern is my pick (though, I like many others in this collection). I like that it’s a simple piece with charming details.

  1000. Chelsea / August 15, 2013

Adore the Calistoga Tunic. It’s next on my queue! I just have to pick a color.

  1001. Micheline / August 15, 2013

  1002. Annie / August 15, 2013

Love the swarm of bees, should be fun to knit.

  1003. Andrea / August 15, 2013

    I love the Calistoga tunic!

  1005. Naomi / August 15, 2013

MUST DO THE kYOKO HAT & MITTS

  1007. Barbara S. / August 15, 2013

I really like the Landslide cowl. I always need something draped over my shoulders in the fall and winter. This cowl looks like something I could wear out as well as at home.

  1008. Sarah / August 15, 2013

It’s a toughie, but I think I have to go with the Calistoga Tunic. It looks super comfy.

  1009. Hope / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees is definitely my favorite! I love the color too.

  1010. Naomi Cooper / August 15, 2013

The Straight A Dress and Calistoga Tunic have got to be my favourites, but I’m a sucker for the kinds of knits that make you feel like you’re walking around bundled in a warm blanket. The Straight A might be sleeveless, but it still looks cozy!

  1011. Marianne / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower Coat! Nice shape and cables. And most knit in one piece. Love it.

  1012. Jill Fischer / August 15, 2013

I really like the Thistledown Hat. It looks so old fashioned and neat. Reminds me of long ago.

  1013. Dawn Cottone / August 15, 2013

I really like the Jayashri pullover and the Addison Dress. Really great collection!

  1014. Melanie / August 15, 2013

I love the Bellflower coat. I think that you could wear it in spring, fall and winter. In bulky yarn, it would be a quicker knit. Love all the patterns, though!

  1015. Marie / August 15, 2013

Definitely Kyoko. For my friend Kyoko! The colors and design fit her to a T!

  1016. Rebecca smith / August 15, 2013

I love several patterns but my fav I think is the Calistoga tunic. It is gorgeous.

  1017. Dennis Lugo-Coll / August 15, 2013

I would love to make the Jayashri Pullover, I love the collar construction and the details on the front and back. The whole collection looks great though!

  1018. Karyn Matveyenko / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees – classic but unique!

  1019. Jo Ann Zavala / August 15, 2013

    swarm of bees, thanks

  1020. Julie / August 15, 2013

    Looks like a great book!

  1021. Judith Blaisdell / August 15, 2013

Atmos is a terrific addition to almost any wardrobe. Just love it

  1022. Marlene Hamel / August 15, 2013

It was a tough choice but Swarm of Bees won out.

  1023. Sara / August 15, 2013

The Cable Embrace Cardigan is my favorite! I’m a big fan of chevron stripes and I love the idea of creating them with texture instead of color. Plus, I’m a sucker for cables. 🙂

  1024. Adriana Stiles / August 15, 2013

What a beautiful collection. My favorite is definitely the swarm of bees sweater. I think the pattern is beautiful and the shape is really flattering as well.

  1025. Carol Wong / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees is just adorable. I love that I could wear it as is or wear a long sleeve underneath. It extends my wear for two seasons.

  1026. Dana Miller / August 15, 2013

    Swarm of bees looks great!

  1027. Leah Campbell / August 15, 2013

I like the Calistoga Tunic because of its versatility.

  1028. ChicagoMike / August 15, 2013

Love the patterns from this book. The question isn’t which one do I want to make, but which one will I do first.

  1029. Francoise Mathews / August 15, 2013

I love cables, so Atmos is the one for me.

  1030. wendy / August 15, 2013

What a great collection! They’re all beautiful patterns, but I have to say my favorite is the Jayashri Pullover. Its so simple, but with just enough interesting detail – especially that collar. What a neat idea!

  1031. Kim Barton / August 15, 2013

They are all really great, Any and all of them would fit into my casual lifestyle, and my daughters more business type lifestyle. I really love the swarm of bees!!!

  1032. mckwill / August 15, 2013

Would love to win this fab book.

    Thanks for the chance.

  1033. Cybil / August 15, 2013

Jayashri Pullover Pattern would be my favorite. Thanks for the opportunity!

  1034. Michele / August 15, 2013

I like the Swarm of Bees top and the Calistoga Pullover. The Calistoga pullover is what caught my eye when I first looked at the collection because of the rippled sleeves. I like Swarm of Bees because of the patterned waist.

  1035. Doreen / August 15, 2013

The landslide cowl would be “one” of my choices. Great Collection

  1036. Jan Joseph / August 15, 2013

Great collection!!!! Can’t wait to get started!!!

  1037. Janet L. / August 15, 2013

I’ve been wanting to make something in City Tweed and the Cable Embrace Cardigan looks fabulous as does the Landslide Cowl.

  1038. Gillian Varlow / August 15, 2013

I love the Bellflower Coat! I can see it being a staple in my wardrobe – or actually several pieces in different colours!

  1039. Meryl Dorey / August 15, 2013

The Atmos is my favourite! Apart from the gorgeous cables, the fact that it’s made out of bulky yarn so will knit up quickly means that I will have almost instant gratification from knitting this beauty!

  1040. Karen F / August 15, 2013

    like all, love Atmos!

  1041. Deborah Guess / August 15, 2013

Swarm of bees is a classic. Beautiful design.

  1042. Karen Zerylnick / August 15, 2013

“Atmos” caught my eye right away. Love it!

Just beautiful…would love to start knitting these patterns!

  1045. Jennifer Brown / August 15, 2013

It’s hard to pick just one favorite pattern from this collection, but the Cable Embrace cardigan is beautiful, and it looks like it would be a fun project to knit!

  1046. Tina / August 15, 2013

I love the cable embrace cardigan and belt cardi.

  1047. Patty / August 15, 2013

I love the fall, also. The collection looks very nice. I see several that I might have to make.

    • Patty / August 15, 2013

Forgot to mention my favorite – Kyoko toque and mitts

  1048. Leala Thomas / August 15, 2013

I really like the shape of Swarm of Bees. No belt required!

  1049. Kim / August 15, 2013

I think the Savitri coat is my favorite. I love the unique button panels.

  1050. Jane Kimmel / August 15, 2013

    Now, bring on the wool!

  1051. Yvonne McCoy / August 15, 2013

These patterns are all lovely! I really like Atmos. This would be a great post-birthday treat for me!!!

  1052. Traci K / August 15, 2013

I really love the Savitri coat, it’s just my style!

  1053. Kim D. / August 15, 2013

Atmos Cardigan! I want to make it long sleeved to use as a winter coat. 🙂

  1054. Megan Nordyke / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress most of all, because of its beautiful lines and how warm and comfy it looks.
Actually, I love this entire pattern collection, and only picked a favorite because I had to. I think I would make the Jayashri sweater and the Bellflower coat as well.

  1055. Corinna Cicmanec / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga Tunic. I’m from a beachy town, but just moved to a college town, and I feel like this would be so versatile – I could throw it on over a bikini when it gets cooler at night, or wear it tailgating! It’s one of those rare patterns that transition well into any environment. I also think it would be the perfect travel sweater as well!

  1056. Megan Commerford / August 15, 2013

    Love these patterns. Need ASAP!

  1057. Hope / August 15, 2013

I love the Gradual Scarf. It just screams fall and foot ball games!

  1058. Kiru / August 15, 2013

    Swarm of bees definitely

  1059. Kelly L / August 15, 2013

I like the Addison dress and Straight A dress because they would be complimentary to my body type. Besides being gorgeous looking. The first one I would probably knit is the Thick Chill Hood. I love chunky warm knits and it would get me set for Fall.

  1060. Isabelle Bienvenue / August 15, 2013

Love the entire collection but Landslide Cowl is definitly my favorite pattern!!!

  1061. Kate Donelson / August 15, 2013

I can wait for Fall! This is a beautiful collection!

  1062. Lenie / August 15, 2013

I love them all, but the Thick Chill Hood looks so cozy! It makes me think of curling up with a thick, cozy blanket that feels so warm while reading a good book or knitting and drinking a delicious cup of hot tea! The hood just looks like so many wonderful winter memories! I’d love to knit several as gifts for people.

  1063. Alyssa Fedorchak / August 15, 2013

I’ve loved the Jayashri pullover from the second I saw it. It’s so different from anything I’ve ever worn before, but I think it would look fantastic on me!

  1064. Julia / August 15, 2013

    Pretty!! Knit all the things!

  1065. faience / August 15, 2013

Definitely the Swarm of Bees. I love the complex patterning and the color.

  1066. Kelly Kubicz / August 15, 2013

Love the classic look of Cable Embrace Cardigan!

  1067. Joan raymond / August 15, 2013

I love all of the reclaim fall patterns, but I must admit to favorite. Don’t tell the others Jayashri is my fav. At least right now

  1068. Meg / August 15, 2013

Tough decision! But I would have to say Swarm of Bees!!

  1069. Laura Naudus / August 15, 2013

It’s a tough call between the Calistoga Tunic and the Landslide Cowl. LOVE the tunic for its comfort and effortlessness (throw on leggings and tall boots and you’re done!), and I don’t think I’ve ever met a cowl pattern I didn’t like — they knit up quickly and make great gifts! 🙂

  1070. Maggie / August 15, 2013

I love Atmos…the cables and design are so interesting!

  1071. Mary Hunt / August 15, 2013

The Addison Dress is very sharp. I love it.

  1072. Kimee Lusk / August 15, 2013

Wow…tough decision. I’m torn between the Belt Cardi as it seems to be able to fit all sizes and be very slimming and the Jayashri Pullover as it’s a cute 2 tone and I love the tab collar.

  1073. Rachel Jarreau / August 15, 2013

I love the belted cardi! I live on the MS gulf coast, and our winter is not very long, so all the luscious sweaters that I see are rather unnecessary in our climate. This quarter sleeve length cardigan would be perfect for the cooler days, but still lightweight enough to get some wear!

  1074. mary anne / August 15, 2013

I like the one on the cover of the book. I like the detailing and the slightly open neckline.

  1075. Paula / August 15, 2013

That sweater dress is amazing! Count me in.

  1076. sandra J / August 15, 2013

Loving the Belt Cardi. I would live in that all winter!

  1077. Mary / August 15, 2013

Wow! I love the cable sweater, so beautiful!!

  1078. jill / August 15, 2013

    I love them ALL!!!

  1079. Rebecca Frank / August 15, 2013

The Thick Chill Hood is beautiful! A perfect top wrap for the Minnesota winter chill.

  1080. Ann Brooks / August 15, 2013

    Swarm of Bees – definitely!

  1081. Essie Bruell / August 15, 2013

Calistoga tunic, hands down. Love the details.

  1082. Diane House / August 15, 2013

I purchase every collection you publish and will, of course, buy this too (if I don’t win ) :-). Looking forward to knitting the Addison dress.

  1083. Kathleen Williams / August 15, 2013

Love the collection. Would probably start with Calistoga Tunic.

  1084. Jessie P / August 15, 2013

OMG love the atmos cardigan!!! It looks so soft and squishy!

  1085. Danielle / August 15, 2013

I’ve been looking at the atmos cardigan. I have some bulky in dark brown that would look lovely knot into this!

  1086. Patti Lochner / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Jayashri Pullover. I love, love, love the neckline and it’s perfect for our San Diego fall season!

  1087. Judy / August 15, 2013

I love the beautiful colours and the fact that they are made from natural fibres.

  1088. Janet / August 15, 2013

I really like the bellflower coat.
It’s a classic design that won’t go out of style!

  1089. Mia K / August 15, 2013

So many lovely patterns to choose from, but I think my favorite is the Swarm of Bees sweater. I love the shape and the use of textured stitch patterns. Looks like a fun knit!

  1090. L Bennett / August 15, 2013

    These are absolutely fantastic patterns!

  1091. Grace / August 15, 2013

Well, its a toss-up between the Atmos Cardi and the Cable Embrace Cardi. Both are lovely! For me, cables never go out of style.

  1092. Karen Hamberg / August 15, 2013

    Great looking projects!

  1093. Malika / August 15, 2013

The Cable Embrace Cardigan is definitely my favorite. The big chevron look is modern, but the use of cables harkens back to traditional knitting. A great combo!

  1094. Alene Sternlieb / August 15, 2013

    I love these designs!

  1095. Laurire / August 15, 2013

    Pick me!!! 🙂

  1096. Alenna Smith / August 15, 2013

The Jayashri pullover, certainly. And wordpress is throwing fits at me, so apologies if I commented more than once.

  1097. Sarah / August 15, 2013

I love the savitri coat and the tunic. They are so beautiful. Living in Tucson, sweaters are the most that is needed in winter. Can’t wait to knit one:)

  1098. Melinda / August 15, 2013

What a fantastic collection! I especially love the Swarm of Bees sweater. The “belt” detail is so sweet and the the way the stitch patterns move from one to the next. It’s fabulous! And the yarn and color chosen are perfect. I love it!

  1099. Katherine / August 15, 2013

The Belt Cardi, definitely. All those little details!

  1100. ejmsasha / August 15, 2013

The Belt Cardi for it has lovely 3/4 sleeves and a belt closure.

  1101. christine / August 15, 2013

The Jayashri pattern! I love the unique collar.

  1102. Rose / August 15, 2013

I love the patterns in this book, so autumnal and nice looking and practical. I want to knit the Jayashri pullover and just live in it the all fall and winter.

  1103. Katie C / August 15, 2013

My vote’s for the Straight A dress. It doesn’t work for my body type (wide shoulders) but I love how it looks.

  1104. Loreen O'Neil / August 15, 2013

I can’t wait to make the “Landslide Cowl!” It will be great to throw on in the office on a chilly fall or winter day. I love the closure shown in the photo, but I would use a cool piece of wood (like a small branch from a tree) fashioned into a button to close mine to keep the “reclaimed” feel!!

  1105. Erin / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Jayashri Pullover – I think it’s adorable, especially that button accent on the collar. (:

  1106. L Hogan / August 15, 2013

To me, the Jayashri Pullover has everything: an interesting stitch detail to keep things fun while knitting, the opportunity to use more than one colour, and a great way to showcase The Perfect Button(s). The collar is adorable, and the colours used in book are gorgeous together. Love it.

  1107. MeanestMommy / August 15, 2013

Atmos Cardigan is my favorite, but they’re all gorgeous!

  1108. Kim Schweinberg / August 15, 2013

Savitri Coat is to die for !! Can’t wait to knit that up for my daughter.

  1109. Vicky B. / August 15, 2013

I like the Luxe Pullover- it is simple yet elegant which describes my style!

  1110. Anne Heck / August 15, 2013

The Addison dress! It’s beautiful and I think working from the bottom up will help insure the perfect fit for my beautiful granddaughter.

  1111. Deb Blaz / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga tunic : fits my body type, edgy and LOVE the texture! I know my students will all want one if I wear it.

  1112. Dani / August 15, 2013

Wow! They’re all great. But I really love Calistoga Tunic and Cable Embrace Cardigan

  1113. Debbe Jantz / August 15, 2013

I love Swarm of Bees. It’s short sleeve and has such beautiful texture. It looks like a fun knit and very wearable on a variety of body shapes.

  1114. Allison / August 15, 2013

My oh my, it is really hard to pick a favorite. They are all gorgeous knits, and look so cozy and comfortable! But, if I must pick one, I would have to say it’s the Jayashri Pullover. It is simple, elegant, and sure never to go out of style. The photograph showcases this piece perfectly! I can totally see myself snuggled up in this sweater, hot chai in hand, enjoying a crisp autumn morning out back with my dog. It’s just perfect!

  1115. Kristine Taylor / August 15, 2013

Love “Swarm of Bees” – it would be so cute for my daughter. But I’m most likely to make “Landslide Cowl” – I’m a little obsessed with cowls right now!

  1116. Katherine Campbell / August 15, 2013

I love the entire collection. Stunning designs and beautiful fall colours!! I would love a copy of the book.

I love them ALL! very nice collection 🙂 thank you!

The Thick Chill Hood. Makes me want fall and winter here RIGHT NOW! Make a great weekend project and Christmas presents!

  1119. joyce hancock / August 15, 2013

I like the Cable Embrace Cardigan, knit in City Tweed. I like the design and shape of the cardigan and the choice of yarn really sets it off.

My favorite is the Calistoga Tunic.

  1123. tlm / August 15, 2013

Love the Atmos cardigan and the Bellflower coat – I, too, love big cables! Time to start thinking about Christmas – I can totally see my niece in the Addison dress…

  1124. Doreen / August 15, 2013

I love all things cardigan and I have a hard time deciding between Belt or Atmos,

  1125. Bette / August 15, 2013

    Beautiful collection

  1126. Lee Ann / August 15, 2013

I also love the versatility of the tunic!!

The collection looks great! I would love to win 🙂

  1128. Kim / August 15, 2013

Really love the Thick Chill Hood. It looks very versatile for a hood or eternity scarf. I love double duty accessories. Also loved the Jayashri Pullover! The collar is quite unique, the colors are yummy and it’s classically different.

  1129. Janet A / August 15, 2013

I love the Swarm of Bees.

  1130. Jeannie / August 15, 2013

I like the Belt Cardigan best!

  1131. Karma / August 15, 2013

Such a beautiful collection! I keep looking at Belt Cardi, that must be for me…

  1132. Judy / August 15, 2013

Too many great choices! I finally narrowed it to 3: the hood, just because I always love hoods, the Savistri for its really beautiful shaping and unusual look, and the Calistoga because it looks like something I’d want to wear every single day.

So if forced to pick only one, I’m leaning toward the Savistri.

    • Judy / August 15, 2013

Not a 2nd entry – just couldn’t find an edit button and it’s killing me that I mis-spelled Savitri.

  1133. Maria / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic. It is simply gorgeous.

  1134. Lesley / August 15, 2013

Love that these patterns are stylish yet look easy to wear everyday.

  1137. Colleen McTaggart / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Jayashri Pullover and I also love the Landslide Cowl. Sweet designs!

  1138. Jammy :) / August 15, 2013

When I got the ad in the mail, I just had to get it… Great purchase! Lots of wonderful projects!

  1139. Jeni / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic looks so comfortable, but classy.

  1140. Aurora / August 15, 2013

Probably the Jayashri Pullover. It’s simple and versatile, suits my style, and the collar is adorbz with interesting possibilities to customize. I would probably make the sleeves longer, maybe just above the elbow or 3/4 length. Also, it’s hard for me to get away with pullovers with my bust, they need to be rather form-fitting and fall to my hips to be at all flattering on me, but this seems like it would wear me well. Yes. Jayashri.

  1141. Laura J / August 15, 2013

I would love to knit the Addison dress! It looks great and would be perfect for winter..

  1142. Karen Grue / August 15, 2013

There are several patterns I’d like to knit fot this winter! Yummy!

  1151. Kathryn / August 15, 2013

I’m going to have to choose the Addison Dress as my favorite, partly because that’s the name of one of the towns I grew up in, and partly because I love the silhouette of the piece! I’m envisioning one in a medium grey as the main color, and either a fire engine red or mustardy yellow as the stripes.. so yummy!

  1152. Sarah O / August 15, 2013

the atmos cardigan is definitely something I could see myself wearing a TON! love it!

  1155. Sandra / August 15, 2013

I like several, but I’d have to say I’d knit the Belt Cardi first from this collection. I think it’s eclectic enough to easily become a staple. Like the little black dress of cardigans.

  1156. Chantal Payment / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the calistoga tunic. It can be wear with anything, jeans or legging, and I like the basic geometrical lines.

Calistoga tunic! Mainly because it is just gorgeous.

  1159. Nicole / August 15, 2013

Looks great! I love the first sweater!

  1172. Kate / August 15, 2013

I can’t decide but it’s a tie between Landslide cowl (mostly because of the Orca yarn that was used) and the Jayashuri Pullover. I love both of them!

  1173. Katherine / August 15, 2013

I never thought I’d be a fan of a short-sleeved cardigan knit from bulky yarn, but I think the Atmos Cardigan is actually lovely.

  1174. Sue James / August 15, 2013

the Cable Embraced Cardigan is my favorite!, it has just enough detail to make it interesting, but isn’t fussy.

  1186. Sunday White / August 15, 2013

  1195. honeybee33 / August 15, 2013

Y’all thought I was gonna say A Swarm of Bees, didntja? 😉 Yes, it’s cute – and while I’m really drawn to the Addison Dress, I’m afraid that menopause kickin’ in means I can’t really stand to be swaddled in that much wool. Nope – I’m all about the Landslide Cowl. That repurposed buckle strap is GENIUS.

  1196. Amber / August 15, 2013

Calistoga Tunic is calling my name! Well, so are all the others, it’s an amazing collection!

  1197. kate / August 15, 2013

The Belt cardi is my favorite, I love 3/4 sleeves and the construction. I also like how the cable “Belt” breaks up the knitting and you can create different looks with button choices.

  1198. Irene T / August 15, 2013

I’m always partial to any sweater or cardigan with cables. The Atmos cardigan is definitely the one to knit, wit it’s tunic length, sweet pockets, and a nice looking collar. It’s a classic.

I like the swarm of bees sweater!

  1209. Cassandra / August 15, 2013

I love both swarm of bees and atmos – if I had to pick just one I would go with atmos – I do love cables but if I win – I don’t have to choose I can knit both – yeah!

  1210. knittingdancer / August 15, 2013

I like the Landslide Cowl because I want something to go across my shoulders and the top of my back. The Kyoto Togue and Mitts pattern is really cute, too.

  1211. Jennifer / August 15, 2013

Difficult choice, but I have to say the Savitri Coat is my favorite. It’s so different and has so much textural interest that it looks like it would be as much fun to knit as it would be to wear.

Swarm of Bees, because it would be so beautiful on my daughter.

  1222. Jeannine / August 15, 2013

Oh my! SO many lovelies! Atmos Cardigan is by far my favorite – probably since as a cardigan I can still wear it now even though I’m pregnant – but I’ll be able to wear it long after the baby is born too!

  1226. Sylvia Georgeson / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees is absolutely gorgeous! Very fifties retro inspired- I’m picturing Sylvia Plath wearing it with a dirndl skirt and oxford saddle shoes, striding across Cambridge college campus. Love!

  1227. Angela / August 15, 2013

  1237. Maya / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover. It’s classic, but the details just make it shine. I can’t wait to knit it and show it off!

  1238. Krista M. / August 15, 2013

I absolutely love the Bellflower Coat – it’s absolutely gorgeous and love the A-line it has. The Calistoga Tunic is a close second – those arms are beautiful and the entire thing just looks SO cozy.

  1239. Wendy H / August 15, 2013

I have narrowed it down to Atmos Cardi, Bellflower coat, or the Straight A dress. But love the Addison dress, too. And the hood would be great with the Savari coat….

  1240. Heather Wenger / August 15, 2013

Wow! I’m in a toss up as to which is may favorite! Atmos and Belt Cardi are calling my name! I too love cables and Atmos fills the bill on that one. I like the classic lines of Belt cardi. Might just have to knit them both! 🙂

  1241. Laura / August 15, 2013

Like so many other’s it’s hard to pick ‘just one’. But in order to play by the rules, I am picking the Jayashri Pullover – so classy and elegent, yet it looks so comfortable! Perfect for a night out on the town or curling up with hot cider, jazz music, the dog at my feet, the cat by my side, and knitting projects….I love fall.

  1242. Anne Cameron / August 15, 2013

I am totally in love with the Atmos cardi. And it just happens to be my birthday this week, winning the pattern would be pefect lol.

  1243. Robin J / August 15, 2013

I love them all, but I think I would start with Swarm of Bees. Seems like a nice early fall sweater that you could layer a long sleeve tee under to transition it into cooler weather.

  1244. Deb / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri and the Cable Embrace Cardiga. They each have a unique look that I really like.

  1245. Jeanne Bringley / August 15, 2013

The Savitri Coat!!! Hands down. That would have to be knit first.

  1246. Katherine Bolger Hyde / August 15, 2013

What a tough choice! I love all the cardigans especially, but I think I have to say the Savitri Coat is the most striking design statement with its unusual closure and sleeves. I love a chance to use big beautiful buttons!

  1247. Dlynn / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower Coat is all me! In this part of NC that’s all I need for winter.

  1248. Erika / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic seems so versatile! I could see myself cuddling up in it on the weekend for my boys’ football games, or dressing it up for a day at the office!

  1249. Lee Anne / August 15, 2013

OMG! I love them all, but my absolute favorite is the Jayashri Pullover. It’s sexy and perfect for those cool days when a long sweater is just too much. Not living on the east coast anymore, I miss out on the whole Fall experience. This pattern is just perfect for the autumn temperatures here. This project would be a big challenge for me because I’ve never knitted a sweater before. Crossing my fingers to get a chance at the free patterns. Thanks for the opportunity!

  1250. Barb / August 15, 2013

I LOVE the Jayashri, the belted cardi, and swarm of bees! They are all so classy and look like they would work on all body types. gorgeous stuff!

  1251. Nancy Reed / August 15, 2013

I’d love to make the Atmos cardigan. I’m always looking for an unusual vest/tunic to complete an outfit. I’m rather large, and the very generous measurements of this pattern are so welcome! Thank you! 🙂

  1252. Mary Ann Boyles / August 15, 2013

Oh, pick me, pick me! I would love to try the straight A dress!

  1253. Maeve Ulrick / August 15, 2013

I love atmos. Those chunky cables scream fall to me!

  1254. Elana Kehoe / August 15, 2013

Ooooohhh, the Luxe pullover. I can see myself living in that all winter. But then the dress is pretty nice, and the cowl… darn it. One? Really?

  1255. Crystal / August 15, 2013

I love Kyoko Toque & Mitts. My office is freezing cold year round. I can wear these inside to keep warm and still be able to type!!

  1256. Desiree / August 15, 2013

I am loving the Cable Embrace Cardigan!

  1257. Denise / August 15, 2013

My favorite? That’s easy. It’s the Jayashri pullover. No wait, the Belt Cardi. And the Atmos Cardigan. No, no, it’s the Bellflower Coat…

  1258. cheryl parker / August 15, 2013

The Savitri Coat screams my name. I was given gorgeous, big, antique buttons as a Christmas gift from my son; the coat and the buttons were made for each other. I’m in love!

  1259. cheryl parker / August 15, 2013

That Savitri Coat screams my name; I was given gorgeous big antique buttons from my son as a Christmas gift and the buttons and this coat were made for each other. I’m in love

  1260. Jackie / August 15, 2013

I love the swarm of bees sweater. It looks so comfy even with the short sleeves. A close second would be the Kyotko Togue and mittens, living in the New England always nice to have a cute hat and mittens, it would also be a nice gift for my nieces.

  1261. Danielle / August 15, 2013

I just love the Jayashri Pullover! Definitely first on my to-be-knit list. It looks like a perfect layer for the coming Chicago winter. Ambitiously, I’d love to make the Addison dress because it’s pretty much everything I’m looking for in a sweater dress. It looks like it softly hugs curves, while the graduated stripes distract enough for it to not appear like too bodycon clingy. I love the scoop neck too! If I work up the courage to knit something that big, I can definitely see it becoming my go-to dress with some leggings and boots.

  1262. Shannon K / August 15, 2013

So many lovely designs and so hard to choose! I think the Jayashri Pullover is my favorite. It looks like it’d be a flattering shape on me, and I like how the design is simple, but with just enough flair and texture to keep it interesting. Love the button tab cowl neck collar.

  1263. Kristen / August 15, 2013

I really like the Jayashri pullover.

  1264. Cheryl / August 15, 2013

I’m really digging on the Landslide Cowl. At least, that was the first pattern that caught my eye. I was curious about the construction and when I went to look at the rest of the collection I absolutely fell in love with all of it. This is the first pattern book I’ve really thought “wow I would make everything in it!”

  1265. Bonnie Rice / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover the most; the button and collar details are stylish!

  1266. 5elementknitr / August 15, 2013

I like the Calistoga Tunic best! Great use of “optional” cowl neck!

  1267. Ellen Gaynor / August 15, 2013

I love the Belt Cardi. Comfortable and stylish.

  1268. Devon / August 15, 2013

Swarm of Bees! It looks professional enough for the office environment, and comfortable/cozy enough for everyday wear 🙂

  1269. Melissa / August 15, 2013

Seriously, just one? I don’t think that’s possible. So here are my favs: Jayashri Pullover, Kyoko Hat and Mitts, Belt Cardi, Belflower Coat and Calistoga Tunic. But they are all gorgeous!

  1270. Jamie B / August 15, 2013

It’s hard to pick just one but I like the Jayashri Pullover the best. The sleeve detail is great!

  1271. Rebecca / August 15, 2013

Theoldreader.com Calistoga Tunic is my favorite, it looks like a sweater that I would want to throw on every single day. I imagine that it would be just as much fun to knit!

  1272. Lisa Smith / August 15, 2013

I would have to say that I like the Addison dress the best. Simply for the fact that I’ve made hats, scarves, mittens and cowls. I’ve made babies sweaters. I’ve made baby pants and blankets. I’ve made washcloths and towels. But now I’m making my first adult sweater for the first time in my life. It’s been a challenge and it’s also been very exciting to knit. I want to challenge myself again after I’m done with that and a dress like that looks like it would be good. Something that I’ve never done. Something challenging but not too awful hard either. I think it would be a fun project.

  1273. Christiana / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover! It looks so cozy!

  1274. Janine / August 15, 2013

I love this book! The Atmos Cardigan in Chocolate is first on my list. It will dress up my casual tees and keep me warm on those chilly autumn nights.

  1275. Bec / August 15, 2013

As a beginner knitter my favorite is the Gradual Scarf Pattern, a handsome, classic scarf that looks doable. That said, if I were an experienced knitter I would be knitting the Savitri Coat in a shorter version. It is such a cute coat that would look good on anyone. Very nice job designers!

  1276. Amanda / August 15, 2013

Such a hard decision, but I think I would have to say the Addison dress.

  1277. Pam Dier / August 15, 2013

I love the Landslide Cowl! I’ve always liked asymmetrical accessories and my 16 yo daughter wants more cowls. 🙂

  1278. Jen / August 15, 2013

I really like the simple lines on the Straight A Dress.

  1279. Amy / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower Coat. It looks so comfortable and cozy. In the Swish Bulky, I could see having time to knit this as a gift. It would be like giving a friend a warm, loving hug on a chilly day, every time she put it on. Plus, I can just see those nice, juicy cables knitting up between my fingers!

  1280. Steffie / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress! The sleek fit and stripe detail make it look so elegant for a sweater dress!

  1281. Amanda Cuffin / August 15, 2013

It wasn’t an easy choice, but I’d have to say the Luxe Pullover is definitely my favorite. Having just learned how to knit sweaters this summer, I’ve been constantly on the look out for a great pattern to try. This pullover has such an elegant look to it and I’m confident I’d be able to make it without much difficulty. It would be really good for any occasion, especially when you need something warm to quickly to pull on. Plus, it would work in any color, you could make half a dozen of them to fit into your wardrobe!

  1282. Tara / August 15, 2013

I love the bellflower coat the most. it looks so cozy and just what I would need for the coming cool weather!!

  1283. Ellen M / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri sweater. The details at the neck and sleeves are so charming, unlike anything I’ve seen before.

Looks like a fun knit. The whole collection is great.

    Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.

  1284. Genevieve Spana / August 15, 2013

I really love the sweaters in this collection. I’m not usually one to make sweaters but I think I can’t live without these ones. I absolutely adore the Jayashri pullover. It has beautiful drape and such a unique neckline. Another plus is that its short sleeved so I can wear it to work. This whole collection has wonderful details that set each project apart from others without being so complex I’m intimidated.

P.s. second fave is the Callistoga tunic. Perfect cozy sweater that will go with everything.

  1285. Annette / August 15, 2013

I am so in love with Swarm of Bees and Savitri, but Calistoga Tunic would be my first project, it looks SO comfy and cute.

  1286. amanda / August 15, 2013

The belt cardi is eye-catching, but I would love to make a few others as well. I love these collections KP is putting together, great selection!!

p.s. I tried to post before, but an error message of “comments too quickly” came up?

  1287. Mandy Conklin / August 15, 2013

Love the look of these patterns. Great Fall designs.

  1288. annaabel / August 15, 2013

    I love the hood!

  1289. Christine Johns / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress but I’m not sure I have the patience to knit it! It would look fantastic on my daughter who wears a size 4!

  1290. kristi / August 15, 2013

i love the Jayashri sweater — the button tab on the collar is such a cute embellishment.

  1291. Chris Lustick / August 15, 2013

While I like all the patterns in Reclaimed, my favorites are the Landside Cowl and the Belted Cardi. I can see myself wearing them during our Northwest winters.

  1292. Amanda G. / August 15, 2013

It’s so hard to choose – they’re all so pretty. I think the one that made me sit up and take notice the most is the Cable Embrace cardigan. I love the texture created by the cable pattern. I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of that one!

  1293. Janis / August 15, 2013

I love the Addison dress! I’m always cold, so extra knitwear is always welcome!

  1294. Louise / August 15, 2013

Another vote for the Swarm of Bees sweater, but the Straight-A dress is a close second. I can see me wearing both – and I probably will!

  1295. CGC / August 15, 2013

    bulky tunic is a winner!

  1296. lauren / August 15, 2013

I love that dress! I can see myself wearing it all the time with leggings and boots. Looks so simple, but so stylish.

  1297. Cathy Williams / August 15, 2013

So hard to choose! I love Fall and the gorgeous colors. I think my favorite is the Landslide Cowl, followed by the Belt Cardi and the Swarm of Bees Sweater. I could wear all of them at work and show them off! 🙂

  1298. CAROL B / August 15, 2013

WOW – Classic and classy sweaters, love them. Would love to make them all.

  1299. Rachael / August 15, 2013

I think the Thick Chill Hood is my favorite. We only have one car, which my husband takes to work, so I usually walk the 1/2 mile to pick up our son from school. I DO wear hats a lot of the time but find it hard to do if my hair has been put up, so a hood would be perfect!

  1300. Amy Sacha / August 15, 2013

Cable Embrace Cardigan, although picking one is pretty difficult! I love the way the cables chevron on this lovely sweater!

  1301. Bonnie / August 15, 2013

My favorite pattern is the Swarm of Bees Sweater…I love the name and that it’s short sleeved!

  1302. Natalie B. / August 15, 2013

I wish I had the stamina (and concentration) to do the Addison Dress!!

But the one I would probably make SEVERAL times is the Kyoko set! Interesting pattern, versatile use, and I can imagine some color “hacking” I would do!

  1303. Karen in Texas / August 15, 2013

Got to have Swarm of Bees! What a super pattern and the color is just perfect for this year and for bees! Bellflower boat is a close second.

  1304. Shelly D. / August 15, 2013

Toss up between the Addison Dress and the Belt Cardi. The dress is perfect with knee high boots and tights for the winter. The cardigan is reminiscent of the 1920s (an era I love!). One could make it a little longer and pair it with a Goorin Bros. cloche and pretend to be at Downton Abbey. : )

  1305. Charlotte / August 15, 2013

My favourite is the Cable Embrace cardigan — I love the design and the yarn.

  1306. Christine / August 15, 2013

I love the Swarm of Bees pattern for my daughter at JMU, and the Atmos pattern really fills my desire to knit and wear cables. They’re all beautiful and stylish patterns…anyone would be delighted to receive either of the projects as a gift and proud to wear it. Thank you to the designers and publisher.

  1307. Abie / August 15, 2013

The first thing I would make is the Straight A Dress (http://www.knitpicks.com/patterns/straight-a-dress-pattern-en.html?intmedid=ReclaimedLanding–StraightADress)…. but longer. 🙂

  1308. Christina / August 15, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace cardigan. It looks like a fun knit!

  1309. Janetcc / August 15, 2013

swarm of bees, although I look lousy in yellows, i’d knit it up in green or brown.

  1310. Holly / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Jayashri Pullover — from the moment I saw the button detail on the neckline, I wanted to knit this item!

  1311. Linda / August 15, 2013

    Love the Thick Chill Hood!

  1312. Betty Wharton / August 15, 2013

I love the cable work on the Atmos cardigan and on the Bellflower Coat.

  1313. Lisa / August 15, 2013

The Calistoga Tunic looks instantly wearable!

  1314. Annie Straight / August 15, 2013

Definitely, the Luxe pullover. It looks so warm and soft and cozy!

  1315. Tish Sentell / August 15, 2013

The Savitri Coat is my favorite. I love the unusual but classic look of this sweater, and it looks like it would be really fun to knit.

  1316. Allyson Reid / August 15, 2013

I am a sucker for cables, so of course I LOVE the bell flower coat!! It makes my fingers itch for cables!!!

  1317. Donna Gerber / August 15, 2013

The Atmos Cardigan is my favorite. I love cables and the longer length of this. Also like the fact that the sleeves are picked up and knit with short rows. It looks like it would be so cozy to wear.

  1318. Missey Perrelli / August 15, 2013

I am already planning to make the Thick Chill Hood! Got my yarn and the book ordered. I cannot wait to get started on this project:-)

  1319. Amanda / August 15, 2013

Can I pick three? Is that cheating? 😉
I love the Addison dress but I’m not sure I’d have the patience to knit that much stockinette. Swarm of Bees is beautiful and from my experience so far, I get a lot of use out of short-sleeve sweaters. I’m also totally crushing on that particular shade of gold. I also love the Belt Cardi – totally fits my style and it would be oh-so-useful day to day.

  1320. Christina Enger / August 15, 2013

I would definitely start with the landslide cowl and then tackle the luxe pullover.

  1321. Cheryl / August 15, 2013

How I LOVE the Jayashri Pullover. I am so stingy about spending $$ on patterns but I definitely will with this one!

  1322. Amy / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower coat is gorgeous, I adore the cables. It looks sophisticated enough to wear out, but cozy enough to wear in! 😉

  1323. Amergin / August 15, 2013

    Monday is not the 14th…..?

    Oh, and
    BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS, Watson!

  1324. Jamie K. / August 15, 2013

The Swarm of Bees! I love the change of the pattern by the waist. Looks like a flattering fit.

  1325. Susan / August 15, 2013

The Addison Dress NEEDS to be on my needles because I have a special anniversary coming up and want to look as sexy as I can for my sweet amazing husband who is always so good to me!

  1326. Gillian / August 15, 2013

I want Swarm of bees sweater!

  1327. April Richardson / August 15, 2013

    Definitely the Calistoga Tunic!

  1328. Tiffany Harrell / August 15, 2013

Balt Cardi and the Thick Chill Hood!

  1329. James / August 15, 2013

Hard to pick. Some really gorgeous patterns. The Savitri coat is gorgeous, but if I had to pick just one, the Atmos cardigan would be it. Looks to be easily modifiable to make slightly more guy-ish. lol

  1330. Lori / August 15, 2013

    Definitely the Belt Cardi!

  1331. Angela Medina / August 15, 2013

I like the Kyoko toque & mitts. I really like the cabling.

  1332. Patricia / August 15, 2013

So many great patterns indeed! My favourite is the addison dress, it looks so nice and comfy! (:

  1333. Barbara / August 15, 2013

I have bees, and would enjoy knitting the ” bee” inspired sweater.

  1334. Ana / August 15, 2013

Loved the collection, very cozy yet modern. The Jayashri pullover is my favorite!

  1335. Bri / August 15, 2013

The Addison Dress is gorgeous, and could be done in all different color combos… muted heathers seem like a great idea, but imagine a black and white version! Or.. Or… Or! Oh the possibilities!

  1336. Bonnie Germain / August 15, 2013

    I love them all

  1337. Julie / August 15, 2013

What a cozy looking collection of patterns! I would love to make the belt cardi for work.

I think you marked the close date of your draw incorrectly though. The draw can’t end before it began on the 14th.

  1338. Maureen / August 15, 2013

The Thick Chill Hood! I think I’d feel like a Jane Austen heroine in that.

  1339. Kristina / August 15, 2013

I love everything in the collection–tweed!–cables!!–but I think Callis’ Atmos cardigan is the type of garment I would be reaching for everyday in the fall . . .

  1340. Bevin / August 15, 2013

Love the Calistoga Tunic. Modern and wearable.

  1341. Beth / August 15, 2013

Landslide cowl it’s beautiful and totally wearable!

  1342. Becky Hantsbarger / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower Coat is stunning! I want to pick up my needles right now!

  1343. Adele Dunnigan / August 15, 2013

I love both sweaters designed by Meghan Jones. She is a very talented designer. I have knit her patterns before with detail knit descriptions that assume I know nothing, and that works well for me.

  1344. LaTina / August 15, 2013

I can’t choose between the Addison dress and the Swarm of Bees sweater – they’re both amazing (and now on my knitting to-do list).

  1345. Lilie / August 15, 2013

    I LOVE the Belt Cardi!

  1346. Sheryl Powell / August 15, 2013

Love the Cable Embrace Cardigan. It’s so beautiful and yet simple. Obviously works great casually with jeans but would work in the office, too.

  1347. Anna Broadway / August 15, 2013

I’m with you on knit dresses in general — and you’re right that Addison has much more flattering lines. A very nice set of designs!

  1348. Áine / August 15, 2013

I love the Calistoga tunic. It’s a great length, looks very flexible for dressing up or down, that neckline is flattering to so many figure shapes, and it would be perfect for layering all the way through winter!

  1349. Shana / August 15, 2013

The Belt Cardi is just too cute for words! LOVE. IT.

  1350. Amanda / August 15, 2013

The Jayashri most definitely. I love how laid back and comfy it looks without being slouchy or horribly oversized. Another thing for my queue for fall.

  1351. D Chan / August 15, 2013

Definitely the Addison dress! Such simple and elegant lines!

  1352. Jennifer / August 15, 2013

The Bellflower Coat is quite nice. I’ve always been a fan of huge cables.

  1353. Aida Castro / August 15, 2013

Love to own the new collections for fall!!!

  1354. Karen Michaud / August 15, 2013

I really like the look of the Thick Chill cowl. Autumn wind hurts my ear.

  1355. Ella / August 15, 2013

I love the Straight A dress- very cute and looks easy to wear!

  1356. Tricia / August 15, 2013

    So many beautiful patterns!

  1357. Raya / August 15, 2013

The Thick Chill Hood is a must knit. It looks comfortable and elegant.

  1358. Karen K / August 15, 2013

I love the Straight A dress, so cute! Can’t wait to knit it up 🙂

  1359. Chrisie / August 15, 2013

Wow! I love them all! But I think my favourite on first glance is Swarm of Bees. And in Capra? Love!

  1360. Alexandria / August 15, 2013

Definitely swarm of bees — looks the most fun to knit, and closest to my style.

  1361. Ashtan A. / August 15, 2013

The Belt Cardi is just gorgeous! Very much my style!

  1362. Ann Devine / August 15, 2013

    Atmos! Love the vests!

  1363. Rachel / August 15, 2013

Such a hard decision! I would probably knit and wear everyone. Swarm of bees would have to be first.

  1364. Robyn / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Bellflower Coat. I love those thick cables and the pockets! And it looks cozy and warm, perfect for fall.

  1365. Bonnie Therrien / August 15, 2013

My favorite is the Bellflower Coat. I love the chunky cables, longer length, and pockets. Hate making them, love using them.

  1366. Dari / August 15, 2013

I love the Cable Embrace cardigan!!! Such classic lines!

  1367. Jessica H / August 15, 2013

I love both the Addison Dress and the Belt Cardi. They both look so wonderfully wearable and comfortable.

  1368. Melissa Vink / August 15, 2013

I love the Jayashri Pullover Pattern. I love it for so many reasons! It can be dressed p or dressed down for more casual get togethers. I love the neck on it!! I also love the simplicity of the body with the pairing of a lovely collar. It’s absolutely gorgeous!! All of the designs are amazing but this one just does me in with the collar and simple stitched body. Thanks for the chance!!

  1369. Pam / August 15, 2013

Belt Cardi! So simple and so cute! And the cable embrace cardi and landslide cowl. And… 🙂
