Free Pattern – Leaf Dishcloth

Welcome to Week 9 of our Clean & Crafty Free Pattern series! This week we are celebrating the return of springtime weather – check out the adorable Leaf Dishcloth.

While we have evergreen trees here in the Pacific Northwest, I’m longing to see the tree in my front yard covered in pretty green leaves! Allyson Dykhuizen‘s cute pattern starts with an icord stem that grows into the body of the leaf. This fun pattern is knit all in garter stitch and works up super quick – you could easily whip one of these up in an hour or two. We knit ours in CotLin Sprout for a spring leaf look (Ivy would also be an excellent choice) but I think these would also look great in a set using Clementine, Canary and Pomegranate when fall comes around again. Whatever color you choose, you’ll love knitting this pattern!

Be sure to download this sweet pattern at the links below – and check back here each week to see the newest pattern.
