Free Bullseye Dishcloth Pattern

Welcome to Week 31 of our Clean & Crafty Free Pattern series! When designer Ann Weaver showed me her ideas for our Clean & Crafty program this year, I was absolutely delighted (just wait – there are more to come). Here’s one of my favorites – the Bullseye Dishcloth!

Free Bullseye Dishcloth Pattern by Ann Weaver from knitpicks.com

You’ll always be on target with this dishcloth! Starting from the inside using the Circular Cast On and working out, the pattern takes advantage of different textures – the first color is in garter stitch, while the next is in stockinette. The final color switches back to garter, which gives a nice raised look to the dishcloth. Using Dishie creates a wonderfully durable and long-lasting dishcloth. We knit ours in Fiesta Red, Navy and Ash, but this would look great in several combos, such as Fiesta Red and Swan, as well as Creme Brulee, Blue and Silver. I love that this is knit in the round too – most dishcloths are knit flat, but I’ve always preferred knitting in the round. So if you’re like me, this will be your new favorite dishcloth!
