I got a We R Memory Keepers Hole Reinforcer Punch to embellish the tags that I add to my knit projects made for gifts. (I cut my Care Instruction tags out of the paper sleeves that wrap your yarn skeins – it’s convenient and upcycle-y)

As I unboxed my new reinforcer punch, I looked over at my stack of old Knit Picks catalogs that had piled up [I hoard things for art collages on blank greeting cards, etc. :P]
I meant to use the old catalogs just to practice the punch on, but then I thought “What would happen if I used the knitted swatch pictures in the old catalogs as decorative hole reinforcers.”
    WOW! Are they ever cute!
You can see the knit pattern enough that it makes the gift tags look so customized-to-knitting/fancy. Your old catalogs are now full of holes and I have the cutest collection of hole reinforcers in all sorts of your yarn colors for future gift tags.

So, in conclusion, nothing from your company goes to waste in my house! lol
With a glue stick, your skein sleeves/catalog pics, and

Any finishing detail to my knitted gifts is possible! Thanks for the Knit Picks catalogs – I will repurpose them with Joy!

Happy New Year to your whole team! ^_^
