Guess what?

It’s almost time for fall yarn launch!

I know, it’s July, and it’s too hot to think about a winter sweater right now.  So I’ll start you off with a lighter weight yarn.  Stroll!

I recently reorganized my yarn stash, and was surprised by how much sock yarn I own.  Especially because I am not a sock knitter.  But I love to use sock yarn for other projects like woven scarves, striped vests, slouchy berets, Fair Isle mittens, or lace scarves.  This season, we have a mix of bright, pastel, and neutral colors.  I love solid sock yarn, because it shows off detailed stitch patterns so well.  But it’s also fun to combine with our more colorful variegated and striped sock yarns!

Knit socks with contrasting heels and toes.  Use sock yarn for machine washable color work projects.  Go crazy with stripes!

I’ve combined each new colorway of solid colored fingering weight Stroll with coordinating colors of Felici, Stroll Hand Dyed, or Stroll Tonal to inspire you to knit a multi colored project this fall.

And now, here is some eye candy!
