Free Dishcloth Pattern – Snowflake!

Happy 2017! We hope you are enjoying the start of a brand new year. To celebrate, we are bringing back one of our most popular series – 52 Weeks of Dishcloths! Every week we will release a brand new free dishcloth or washcloth pattern, designed by your favorite independent designers. We’re going Clean and Crafty this year and our first pattern was released this week – the Snowflake Dishcloth by Allyson Dykhuizen.

This super cute pattern is perfect to celebrate the winter season! While we may be getting a bit tired of snow (even here in the Pacific Northwest – we’ve gotten more this season than usual already), I still love snowflake designs and Allyson’s pattern has a unique construction to create the sweetest design.

The fun shape is constructed by working the piece from the center out. Stitches are held as different sections of the snowflake are worked and holes are created with casting on additional stitches. For a finishing touch, points are made with mirrored decreases. You’ll have your own special snowflake in no time at all!

To correspond with the Snowflake Dishcloth, we created the Winter Nights yarn value pack, a frosty celebration of Winter’s pristine beauty. A cool blend of linen and cotton, you can make 10 Snowflake Dishcloths  – or scarves, vests, wraps, home decor and more with this pack, at a 25% discount!

The link on your website for the dishcloth pattern is not working.
    It gives a blank page.

I crochet, will there be any crochet dishcloths? It would help if there was a designation related to the craft used on your posts.

    Thanks,
    R. Jackson
