Even with the first signs of spring on the horizon, many of us here are still clinging to our cozy wool sweaters (especially since there was just a bunch of snow last week!). Happy December! As we start the final month of 2017, we feel we need a bit of coziness – the wind is howling, the snow (or in our case, rain) is falling and the nights are so very long. So we’re curling up with our mug of tea and a warm blanket to snuggle under as we work frantically on our holiday gifts. Happy November! It's that time of year again - the time when the days really start feeling shorter and crafters hunker down to work on holiday knitting (at least I do!). Happy October! Personally, it's my favorite month of the year, with the slight chill in the air, gorgeous colors all around me. postseason baseball on the TV and pumpkin ales on the shelf. Plus the month ends with Halloween, the best holiday in my humble opinion! To celebrate we have a brand new calendar, showing off our favorite October colors - from orange & yellow leaves to spooktacular purples & greys. |

Happy August! We're in the midst of heat wave here in the Pacific Northwest (100 degrees! for 4 days!) so I plan on taking my knitting and hiding in an air conditioned cave for awhile. My current project is in my favorite yarn Hawthorne so what great timing for our new calendar - featuring many of our newest colors in Hawthorne! |
