It’s my favorite day of the week and time for another free pattern!  This week is the Nottingham Cowl.

This is a wonderful unisex cowl – perfect for fall/winter weather! New designer Alex Capshaw-Taylor was kind enough the share it with us.  

I really love this – I happen to have exactly 4 skeins of City Tweed DK in Snowshoe I didn’t know what to do with so I think I have my project now!  I think it’ll make a great gift.

As a designer and knitter, Alex enjoys spending time at her homegrown coffee shop, chatting it up with the locals while sipping on a cup of espresso. A ball of yarn and needles are always close at hand. Her love of culture and travel coupled with a passion for color and texture have inspired worldknit & handspun’s unique patterns.
