In honor of Stroll Tweed, our latest and greatest fingering weight yarn – Kerin whipped up this sweet and simple sock design, the Bunny Hop Anklets! The best part (beside the super-adorable bunny tail pom-poms)? These only take 1 ball of Stroll Tweed plus a few scraps for the pint-sized pom-poms – oh, and it’s a free pattern!
The instep of the anklets show off a simple lace pattern that is easy-peasy to memorize. Personally, this is a must for me as I like to keep a small project in my bag at all times. That way I can sneak in a few rows here and there – whether that be while I’m basking in the sunshine at the waterfront or enjoying a post-yoga cup of tea at a coffee shop.
These anklets also have a clever little design detail – the heel has a very wide angle, which helps keep them in place and stay put. They are also worked from the toe-up and finished off with tiny pom-poms!
