I goy myself “in a jam” when I promised my grand children I WOULD KNIT NORDIC pattern sweaters – they were excited! I was in a panic ! I am now 90years old and housebound So finding a pattern, the best yarn and new needles for the project was difficult!, the Knit-picks representative was the most understanding, knowledgeable friendly person and took the time to help me ! I had been using synthetics and wanted real American wool for such a huge project. Using the pattern book, she put together the needed yarns, in the required amount and correct needles, I ordered the yarn for the first sweater with promis for the other sweater ! I am very happy with the yarn, the wonderful colors and, most of all the assistance for my situation. Thank you Knit-Picks for such incredible customer service – it is rare in this day ! |
