We’re coming up on wedding season for a lot of people so it makes sense our newest free dishcloth pattern was inspired by designer Joyce Fassbender’s own wedding – Something Blue.

This neat stitch pattern uses a simple knit/purl combo to create textured boxes, creating a fun visual interest in addition to being perfect for a dishcloth. We used Cotlin in Nightfall for our version, but if you were looking to keep with the blue theme for your own, also try Hydrangea or Raindrop or even Planetarium for a deep blue color. All would be perfect as a gift – or simply for your own kitchen!
