Announcing Knit Picks’ Most Distinguished Guest Artists

We are so honored to introduce our guest artists, Caden and Natalie Best. As one would expect with such illustrious artisans, the duo proved difficult to reserve. After much negotiation, bartering and outright groveling, we were able to commission their talent for illustrations of yarn lines and our book sale.

Caden Best, age 7

The epitome of the artistic soul, Caden is sensitive, intuitive and has a keen eye for detail. Lest you assume he wiles his days away lounging about a botanical garden, languidly pondering the formalist theory of art while fiddling with his hand-knit tam, Caden also is a mechanical whiz and loves building anything and everything. He finds inspiration for his artwork in nature and Lego Star Wars action figures.

Natalie Best, age 9

Miss Natalie was born in the wrong century. Refined, sharp as a tack and a big fan of pink, she pursues a wide range of genteel hobbies, ranging from crocheting to drawing to memorizing Paul Revere’s Ride. I’m not entirely sure where she draws her artistic inspiration from … perhaps from her vast and voluminous mental reserves?

If they can fit us in between their many art viewings, world-wide speaking tours and artistic retreats, we hope to see Natalie and Caden’s work grace the Knit Picks website again!
