12 Weeks of Gifting – Free Checkerboard Throw Pattern

Oh it’s that time of year again, where many crafters start making our list of handmade gifts to make for the people we love. (Unless you are much more organized than us and started months ago!) Meet Susie!

Hello! I’m Susie and I’m new around here. I’ll be working as a Project Coordinator for both Knit Picks and its sister brand, Connecting Threads. I have a BFA in Fiber from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and am very excited to work alongside my new crafty colleagues! While I do know how to knit and crochet, I consider myself more of a sewer and embroiderer than anything else. I have also dabbled in weaving, needle and wet felting, natural dyeing, and screen-printing.
