New Dishie Colors!

Our beloved dishcloth cotton has gotten a color update! We’ve got great new colors in both solid Dishie and Dishie Multi, and we thought the perfect way to show them off was in our ongoing Free Dishcloth Pattern series. (P.S. Did we mention Dishie is also on sale for the month of November?)

One of our newest colors is the cheerful Bumblebee! This vibrant yellow is sure to lift your spirits and is perfect for brightening up your kitchen with any number of dishcloth patterns. We’ve chosen to show it off in a brand new pattern, the Seed Stitch Checks Dishcloth.

This is a super easy pattern of knits and purls that can be whipped up in a flash, and it is perfect for beginner knitters looking for their next project or for those knitters who want a quick knit for a gift.

Bumblebee is also wonderful to mix with Dishie Multi colors, such as Summer Jams. We reknit the older pattern Slant to show off how well these two colors work together:

Another pair of coordinating shades is Dewdrop and Cup and Saucer. Both of these would look lovely in any kitchen, and we reknit another old favorite to show them off – the Summer Lines Dishcloth:

A fun pattern to use with either solid or multi colors is the brand new Cryptodira Dishcloth. Inspired by the bumpy skin of tortoises and turtles, the wrapped stitches in this project are a fun way to expand your knitting skills. Naturally, we chose to work ours up in the aptly named color Sea Turtle.
